First time customer during the coronavirus lockdown.
Very helpful over the phone and easy in setting up an account.
Delivery times were far quicker than any competitors in the area and even delivered earlier than expected.
Customer care excellent throughout.

charged winter prices for a summer…

charged winter prices for a summer delivery because I did not ask the price, I trusted too much.Gave poor excuses. Will not use again.

Customer service

Customer service I recieved was poor. Half my order delivered and waited over 3 weeks for second part. Which I’m doubting I had delivered
