VERY BAD experience, BE AWARE!!

GT Products (Europe) Ltd seem to use multiple trading names and various websites to confuse customers. We purchased a waterproof jacket from Vineyard Supplies but an invoice came from trading as GT Products (Europe) Ltd

Watch out for confusion as they have multiple companies and brands and websites that seem to inter connect:

They sent a huge chest size 160 cm which is parachute size and NOT what we ordered and not even showing this size on the items size chart. They took ages to even respond to 6 emails sent and they refused even after we had sent several times to them multiple detailed colour pictures with tape measure laid over the item showing the wrong size they had sent. 160 cm doesn't show on any information or chart but they deemed fit to sent to us the buyer. They refuse to pay for a courier or prepaid label for return!!! They will accept return but they will not pay the label for they own mistake and we have had to escalate this to our bank now. Our recommendation is **KEEP AWAY** from buying from this company if it involves clothing items!
