Appalling customer services

Appalling customer services. I’ve been chasing them for weeks to pick up the skip still sat on my drive. They’ve made zero attempts to contact me to inform me why this hasn’t happened or when it will be remedied. Their customer services couldn’t be less interested (or informed) when I’ve spoken to them. I rang this morning to be told the manager is on holiday so nobody knows what’s going on. Excellent work. I hope you’re proud at how you conduct your operation.
