Customer service is sarcastic, doesn't care
Bitballoon advertises that if you drop your files into their system, it will render your code into a functioning website.
I have very basic, small files, that worked elsewhere, but not with Bitballoon. When I asked them for help, they gave me a list to troubleshoot, and I did everything they suggested, and it still didn't work, so I emailed them again. Their response was to copy/paste their first response a second time. When I pointed out that they took me in a circle, their response was sarcastic and testy and it seemed they hadn't even read what I said, when I wrote that I tried all their suggestions. I told them if they don't want to take my business seriously, and just want to take me in circles, I'd go elsewhere, and haven't heard back.
In today's standard of excellent customer support among most companies, I was genuinely surprised that they treated me with actual hostility when their system was not working. It was a deeply immature handling of the situation and I don't plan to come back.
