We saw a rat in the living room
We saw a rat in the living room, which escaped under the stairs into a huge gap in the floorboards. John came out within a few hours and performed a detailed survey and bait and traps were put down. The rat was caught a few hours later and John then proceeded to proof all access points, which included sealing the gap in the floorboards and laying down flooring under the stairs and sealing all access points. I feel comfortable again at home and can’t recommend this company enough.
