I bought tickets for the Champion Leagues match Roma vs Real Madrid. The tickets were emailed as promised with plenty of days before the game. The seats were excellent and as per the description when bought. This is a truth worthy site with very friendly staff who always responded promptly when I emailed them with queries.

Bought 3 tickets online on the 20th Jan 2016 for Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid match. I was reallyyy sceptical about the website but i decided to go for it as the Barcelona offical website have not released their tickets yet. And knowing it's a big game, i just dont wanna missed the oppurtunity!

My friends and i were praying really hard that this website isn't a scam. So, upon arrival in Barcelona, i did not receive the tickets at the hotel. I only received the tickets through an email (on the match day itself, 30th Jan 2016) asking me to pring it out! All i can say is, we 3 managed to have a seat together and the view was awesome at the 1st/2nd ring!

This website is not a scam, definitely. Thank you once again. It was my dream to watch a Barcelona match in Camp Nou and you guys made it happened! Thank you so much! :))))

Ik heb de tickets op vrijdag 29 Januari per E-mail ontvangen. Helemaal TOP!!! Mooie plaatsen dicht op het veld.
Communicatie met Guarantee tickets is heel goed. Als je een vraag hebt, krijg je dezelfde dag reactie.

Great choice to book the tickets

The only negative comment I have is the run around getting delivery. We were from out of town staying in an AIRBNB. Sent address for delivery, phone numbers of myself and host of where we were staying. GT says no problem, you will have 24 hours before match. Day before match no tickets. Evening before match asked the host to double check with family members if anyone had received, no tickets. The morning of the match, at 7:37am, received email with PDF attachment of tickets. Asked host if he coud print them. With all I had read about the dificultly in obtaining Arsenal tickets I wondered if they would be good. Did not relax until I got through the stadium ticket scanner. All's well that ends well!

I have booked some football tickets that I couldn't find anywhere else.
When I left Rome to go to London I was not aware about my final destination ( Hotel?Apartment?) that's why I could gave to GuaranteeTickets any address. Despite this they kept in touch me until I have got one and provided me with tracking service in a city that' not mine. Thanks guys.

We've been coming from the US for years now to watch English football so I know how this whole thing works. Guarantee tickets was the best so far. The buying process was seamless. There was another site that I tried to use first and I kept going around in circles and couldn't get my card to work. Then about 5 days before the game I got an email that the tickets were available for printing. It was so easy. In the US you won't find an actual ticket for any event. It's all digital and emailed and I don't know why it's not in the UK for football. It would be so much easier. I mean it is 2015. But anyway I will always try Guarantee Tickets first.

I am satisfied. I received my ticket by mail 6 days before the match and print it at home. Good seat but too expencive.

As above, As I was coming from Malaysia I needed to be sure I got the tickets well In time to plan my visit, I had to wait till the day before after many emails to the company.
The company did NOT register I was NOT staying In London
The tickets were very expensive and not worth the price and the anxiety caused.
I would not use the company again

From start to end of the booking I was assisted with help via communicator or phone.

E-tickets arrived the day before at my mail.

Only minus is the price of the tickets... Way to exensive.
