Contacted Guardhouse Sports late one night querying stock levels on a downhill bike they had advertised. I didn’t expect an answer until the morning when the shop re-opened but to my surprise Ian got back to me almost straight away. He was extremely helpful, honest and polite. I purchased the bike in question on the Friday and it arrived on the Monday, exceptionally well packaged and well protected within the box. A lot to be said for using a local store rather than a big name outlet, service was excellent and I would definitely recommend Ian and Guardhouse Sports.

Always been my go to for bikes, always bringing my by bike in after I’ve battered it in some sort of way but guardhouse always manage to get it fixed up ready for me to ride again. There extremely kind and help you find the right part for you! not the most expensive part unlike many other shops in the area. They can order any part in and it usually takes no time at all, they sell a wide range of clothing in all the sizes, so please if your looking for somewhere to go to give your bike a good serviced and experienced fix, no pressure but I really recommend you to go to guardhouse if you want to leave with a smile on your face.
