I was really looking forward to trying this product, but unfortunately I never received it. The delivery driver left it next to my bin, and by the time I got home, it was gone.
I emailed Guardian Looks to report the issue, but I’ve had no response at all. Very disappointing experience – I expected better customer service.

Everything is wrong
Everything is wrong, the product did not arrive, I put my address of residence which is the United States and it never arrived. According to him, it was delivered in Spain, a place with an address that I don't know.

Unprofessional
The Lens on my sunglasses were broken and my package had holes in it. I tried to reach out via instagram to question this only to find out their page had blocked me! Totally unprofessional behaviour and communication was poor! Will not purchase from here again.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! They offered me to become an ambassador, having chosen two models of glasses, I paid about 30% for delivery. But I never received the order. The first time they sent it to the wrong address, the second time they sent it and in the end they returned to them. I wrote on Instagram, they just ignore me, the same thing by email. I do not recommend contacting this company
