I was in the process of ordering this service when I realized I had the wrong service. I apologized to the sales person, who was very professional, and ended the call...without purchasing the service. I repeat...without purchasing the service. This is the second time I have informed the company that I did not purchase the service...which is the exact opposite of the emails they keep sending me. Please stop sending me these flawed/incorrect emails. I will keep checking my bank statements to make sure I am not being charged for a service I did not pay for or sign up for. By the way, I did sign up for American Water Resource, (affiliated with the City of Philadelphia where I live) which is the business I was lookig for when I mistakenly called this company. I hope this information offically ends this company's emails to me. I appreciated the professionalism of the customer service agent but I do. not appreciate repeatedly responding to emails from this company insinuating that I purchased a service from them that I absolutely DID NOT PURCHASE!

Explanation of protection fully explained on website easy to sign up. I really like the cancellation policy. Hopefully I’ll never need but in an older house I didn’t want to take any chances.
