Disorganized Service and Poor Packaging – Not Recommended
I can’t recommend the Guaw store. I placed an order for cat food, litter, and wet food. Two days later, I hadn’t received any email updates—just a notification buried on their website saying the dry food was out of stock and wouldn’t arrive for another month. No one bothered to email me directly.
When the order finally arrived, I realized some items were missing. That’s when I checked the site and saw the notice. On top of that, two of the four litter boxes I ordered were broken, and the litter had spilled all over the package. I also ordered four boxes of wet food, and each one was sent in a separate package, which seemed unnecessary.
Delivery was also pretty slow—five days for a local delivery within Madrid, whereas other stores usually deliver in one or two.

It works! Not as well as in the advertisement and my cats are not loving it, but it is much easier to manage their har flying everywhere and in general, easier to comb them. I hope they will get used and it will be perfect! I recommend!

We are sorry for what happened, but as we have informed you and from the pictures shown, we do not see any damage on the box. In your photo we can see that the bag has a cut in the front and centre. It is evident that it was made just at the moment of opening the bag with a sharp object.
We do not have any sharp objects in our warehouse, it is forbidden. Therefore, your order left our warehouse in perfect condition. In case of damage during transport, the transport agency reinforces the packaging with its seal and this is not the case. We can see that the box has arrived in good condition. We are sorry, but for this reason, we cannot proceed with your complaint.

I have ordered some Christmas presents for my 2 little dogs Sofia and Kiki.
The toys are from KONG and have a good quality.
We had a little problem with the delivery of the order.
But they solved it correctly just before Christmas time!
