I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She first tried it on an LNER train.

After placing my order (I am
in the UK) over 3 weeks ago, it still has not been shipped. I contacted the company who promised twice that the order was on its way, and then that I would be refunded, but still no refund and no delivery. Terrible customer service.

It is delicious.

Very tasty products - dead easy to prepare and very nice. Most importantly - the flavours are unique and interesting.

I tried their upma and poha. It's really delicious. I loved it!!. It's easy and quick to make, and filling as well. The delivery is quick as well and packaged neatly. I will be ordering more in the future without a doubt.

I bought Gudness Poha on my LNER train and it was quite a refresher. The taste was very similar to one I've had in India growing up. It was very affordable, fresh, tasty and filing. Would definitely recommend.

Tasty, healthy, quick snack

I’ve tried the Upma and Poha pots and really like them. Full on flavour and so easy to fix.
Perfect for a guilt free mid day snack.

Highly recommend this for all who enjoy a hot snack without the hassle of cleanup. Quick, Healthy and easy. Also good for uni students staying away from home.

Overall a product which can really bring you close to the authentic Indian breakfast taste of Upma and Poha if you don’t want to put in the effort to cook yourself.

The water line in poha boxes are a bit confusing as the dry poha ingredients are already above the water line and rise further as the water is poured in. This makes it difficult to adjust a careful water filling.

But a nice blend of flavours and taste. Will buy again.

These are delicious I highly recommend them. Super easy to make a delicious snack.

Poor service standards.
After nearly 3 weeks, I am still waiting for my ordered products to arrive.

I received free samples and partial order. An email was received that the rest of the order was on its way, still not arrived. I live in the same city hence the postal orders arrive within 2 days, which means that it’s a lack of good service standards resulting in the delay of Guineas products delivery.

Healthy, convenient, tasty, economical.

These little pots are so convenient and really tasty. I especially love the Indian breakfast pot . The fact they are really tasty too ticks all the boxes for me.

Excellent product, great tasting food and love the packaging and the ease of making it, ready in minutes.

Gudness is a fantastic breakfast or even a snack food, easily prepped with a small amount of hot water water and waiting for a couple of minutes.

My favourite flavour as a chilli head is Upma, which really takes me back to the breakfast flavours of Bangalore… (think masala Dosa style!) but the fruit flavours are brilliant too.

I don’t live healthily so I enjoy mine with a little knob of butter stirred in, but seriously…? You don’t need it!
