Marta was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely professional and enabled our meeting to run smoothly. She was clearly taking notes as we were speaking so she could keep track of what we said and could interpret longer sections of speech which really helped the flow of the meeting, rather than having to stop and start with very short utterances.
Booking through the website was easy and I had lots of help from customer service too when the meeting had to be rescheduled due to illness. Tech-support was excellent when my client struggled with accessing the meeting link. It was a 10/10 experience all round.
