I have had my unit for just over a year but needed more storage, and somewhere local was cheaper. If it was the same price, I would've stuck with Guernsey Self Store as it is so much better than the alternative. From my first enquiry to leaving the unit, the emails were friendly and informative. The unit / location is clean and tidy, the trolleys are larger than competitors, which means less trips up and down in the lift. If I need to reduce my storage space, I would be back as I prefer it, but sadly, money is a factor at the moment.

From the very first enquiry, the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They explained all the options clearly and made sure I chose the storage unit that best suited my needs.

The facilities are clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Access is straightforward, and everything is really well organised, which made moving items in and out hassle-free.

I needed a small storage area when my elderly brother had to leave his apartment at very short notice and he was not well enough to deal with matters himself. I was unsure what size unit I needed as he was quite a collector. The staff at the Guernsey Self Store were very helpful and offered to help me to try a larger unit if this one wasn't big enough. It turned out to be just the right size but I felt confident that I would be assisted if it hadn't been. My brother is 84 and I am not that much younger and this could have been a horrid experience if it had not been for the professional kindness I was shown by the gent in the office. He kindly reminded me to take the lock with me when I cleared the unit so it wasn't a problem for them...I was grateful, although I did chuckle at the picture that formed in my head at the poor locksmith trying to gain entry if I had forgotten. I had a good experience and that is quite unusual these days when I have to deal with sudden surprises like having to sort out an elderly relatives belongings.

We experienced no problems, access was easy at any time of the day. It would probably be helpful if there were lights in the unit.

Very simple process, very professionally run. Polite, helpful and nice staff and good value for money.

Excellent storage option, hassle free and no deposit required, with good fee payment solution. I have had a storage unit with them for around 7 years and have had a seemless experience with Tim and the team.

The whole experience was great from signing the paperwork for the unit, turning up at all sorts of hours and using a keypad to gain access. I will definitely use this facility again in the future.
