Scammers

Scammers - impersonate a hotel's website so you think you're booking directly with a hotel when you're not. Try to cancel with the hotel, get told normally you could, but not now because you booked through "guestreservations.com." They don't allow for cancellations - steal your money and charge exorbitant hidden fees.

it was good

it was good, not great. I attempted to book a king and even though i had 7 mins left on my reservation time it told me the rate was no longer available. I spoke to the hotel, they have plenty of availability.
