We've had an excellent experience working with Guesty and, in particular, with Inês throughout our onboarding process.

From the outset, the support provided was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Inês was always available to answer questions, guide us through the setup process and ensure we were making the most of the platform's features. The onboarding was well organised and tailored to our business needs, making what could have been a complex transition much smoother.

As a growing holiday let management company, having the right systems and support in place is essential, and Guesty has provided us with a solid platform to help streamline our operations and support future growth.

Great customer service!

1. Matt was awesome! He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and a joy to talk to. I've owned a service business for nearly two decades and I know what really good customer service looks and feels like and Matt was a 10 out of 10! I had very few technical problems and when I did, the support team was very responsive!

Guesty is a great platform for my vacation rentals

Guesty is a great platform for small and medium size property managers. This is a very helpful software, I tried many and this is more expensive but more comprehensive. Guesty + SuiteOpp (welcome software & to authenticate guests after they book) seems to be a winning company for my small business.

We decided to switch to Guesty after…

We decided to switch to Guesty after being briefly connected to Hostaway. It hasn't been an easy process, definitely a learning curve. Gets easier as you go. But a few things to mention- our onboarding specialist, Javier, was great, very helpful, accommodating and tried his best! Extended our original framework, so no complaints here. Support was good, willing to help, however after 2 weeks on not resolving my Vrbo connection issues, I had to call Vrbo support and they fixed it over a 1 hour call, so not sure what was the deal there.
As for Airbnb, I am confused, some of the functions that are supposed to work, actually didn't. So again, had to manually do the setting that was supposed to be pre-set.

Happy with Guesty after a year managing 15+ properties

We manage 15+ properties with Guesty and are overall very satisfied. The platform is extremely user-friendly; the initial onboarding can take some time given the platform's depth, but once up and running the day-to-day interface remains smooth even with a high volume of bookings.
We use it primarily as a channel manager, and on that front it delivers perfectly: reliable synchronization, minimal errors, and real time savings.
What particularly won us over is the quality of the support. The team is very responsive, and the post-onboarding follow-up is genuinely there; you don't feel left on your own after signing up.
One thing worth highlighting is Guesty's partner ecosystem via the API marketplace, which is extremely rich. We are currently rolling out three complementary tools: Beyond Pricing for dynamic pricing, SRM for accounting and property management compliance with French Hoguet law, and Yaago for guest communication, digital welcome books, and operational management. The integrations are smooth and the overall offering is becoming truly comprehensive.
A great choice for professional and structured short-term rental management.
