I have nothing but incredible things to say about this school. My daughter went for two years in childrens house and my son has been at guidepost from 8months to 4 years old. My son has a lot of allergies and they have been so thoughtful and proactive with his food allergies. I have always felt safe with him there. The teachers love the students so much and as a working parent it is so important to feel like your kids are well taken care of. My kids are both really different and had different needs and Ms Ravelle has gone out of her way to give them what they needed to thrive. Ms. Cheyenne and Ms. Ramie were the best with him in the Toddler class. Ms. Angelee and Ms. Ashle as Head of School and Assistant Head of School are the most responsive, engaged and helpful. They are often in the classrooms helping out and make the school feel like a real community. I will be very sad when we are no longer at this school.

The facilities are modern and clean for children play. The guides really care for the children and are attentive to their needs. Good communication between the school and parents. Our two children leave school happy and in good spirits and are excited to return the next day. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to staffing issues (my 4 year old's class went months without a lead guide).

My son started going to Montessori this year, and I could see a drastic change in him when he returned home. His conversation skills, reading, writing, and math skills are better than ever. I can only thank his teacher Mrs. Gloria for this amazing transformation. Also his spanish speaking ability has increased ten fold. A big thank you to Mrs. Gloria!!

Our son has been at Guidepost since his time in Nido (and is now in Children's House). He has loved each of his teachers who have approached lessons and guidance with care, attention, and thoughtfulness. They notice when he's ready to be challenged by something new and they help redirect when needed and in a gentle way. We're fortunate to have joined this community and can't wait to see how he grows further in Children's House in the next year+!

Our son has been in the young toddler room at Guidepost at Brasswood in OK for only about 3 months, but so far he has thrived! We have noticed a huge difference in his confidence and emotional intelligence. We are also a bilingual household, and his guides have shown active interest in using both languages in the classroom as well even though it is not a commonly spoken language. They have shown the effort to learn new common words, so he can hear both languages at school and at home. The ratios seem to be appropriate so all children get the attention and care they deserve. The head of school goes out of her way to arrange extra curricular activities for children and parents as well. Working in childcare in the United States is very difficult, and I think this team is doing a great job. At first, I was hesitant about the price, but for this state and country I think we are getting what we pay for. The only criticism I have would be that you can’t pay prorated rates if you are out for vacation, ie you have to pay for a full month even if you take a 2 week vacation with your kiddo. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Our 2-year-old son has been at Guidepost Montessori for about 10 months, and the growth we’ve seen has been nothing short of remarkable. His social skills have developed exponentially, he’s more confident, more expressive, and truly enjoys being around his classmates. We’ve also noticed a huge leap in his ability to learn, retain information, and explore new concepts with curiosity and excitement.
As parents, it’s been incredible to support and watch this transformation. The Guides are nurturing, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully structured to help children grow at their own pace. Every day, our son comes home showing us something new he's learned or singing a new song from music class.
We are so grateful for the Guidepost team and the impact they’ve had on our son’s early development. We couldn’t recommend this school more highly.

My son has been going to Guidepost since he was 4 months old - he's now in a toddler classroom. We both love it! The philosophy and approach align with what I was looking for in a school for my son. I appreciate the focus on practical life skills and independence. He learns how to care for other beings, starting with a plant and dusting its leaves. He is learning how to spread cream cheese onto toast, how to set a table before eating, how to use a zipper/buttons so he can learn how to get himself (un)dressed, etc. His teacher is currently focusing on emotional intelligence and naming emotions, learning to recognize them in others like when a friend is crying and what that means/what to do. I'm seeing and hearing all the new things he learns everyday and it's just amazing. I can't recommend Guidepost enough!

This location has served our family well for over 2 years - we love the staff and leadership. Ms. Temeshia (Nido) and Ms. Mikayla (Toddler) are skilled Montessori guides who lead with their hearts. Their classrooms are well-organized environments centered on Montessori values and skills. Erin and Jordan manage their staff with care and take the time to get to know every family. We are highly satisfied with the level of care, cleanliness, and adherence to the Montessori way at this Guidepost location.

My child has blossomed with independence and fine motor skills. My daughter struggles with change. Over the past 2.5 months, the guides have been supportive and patient. She no longer has tears at drop off. This is more than a daycare.

I have enrolled both my children at Guidepost Montessori at the Woodlands.
They have an incredible curriculum where children get to learn how to read, write, use metrics, learn Spanish, practice kindness and ownership of their abilities.
It’s a marvelous experience and their staff is dedicated to the wellbeing of all.

Guidepost Montessori of Wilton has been one of the best experiences of our life. From the beginning of enrollment to today, the staff has been nothing short of excellent, caring, and absolutely wonderful caregivers. The administration is exceptional. The quality of the staff is excellent. They are understanding, collaborative and highly professional. This place has become part of our family.

The staff in the school is excellent. My son goes here and he loves the place. He has moved few different classes over the years and he’s been through few teachers. All of them are excellent and take really good care and they are trained really well. The building facilities are amazing. It almost feels like a second home. The toys they use are innovative and appropriate for his age. My son doesn’t like to be told what he should play and he instead loves to play with anything that he sees around him and for kids like him Montessori is an amazing philosophy.
This place has excellent staff. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. We plan to stay in this school until he edges out.

Our son has been attending guideposts since he was in the Twos classroom. He’s now five. While there has been ups and downs in the school, I believe childcare across the nation has been operating at a deficit to stabilize after the pandemic. The difference with Guideposts is the leadership and the teachers. The communication from leadership throughout our son’s education is consistent and valuable. The teacher our son has on the Children’s House classroom is beyond excellent. She strives to challenge and teach our son valuable academic and life lessons. We are so thankful he is at Guideposts.

We have been with GP for almost 3 years now (2 with our oldest now in 1st grade and 1 with our youngest in the Toddler program). We were originally at GP Old Town and then moved to Wicker Park and I can wholeheartedly say that there is nothing like GP where everyone is so welcoming and so nice. We have celebrated birthdays here, had pajama parties and made memories for life.

I’m a happy parent at Guidepost West Alex, because my daughter has absolutely flourished in the Toddler Spanish Immersion room with Ms Ivonne. I couldn’t ask for a better guide for my child. My kid isn’t even 3 yet and she helps with household chores like washing the table, doing dishes, sweeping floors…and easily bakes cracking eggs, cutting fruit with toddler cutlery sets, pouring water, etc. She is even working on reading. This isn’t playtime daycare, this is intentional education.
Because of that, we have stayed through some iffy times at corporate Guidepost. I frankly am not a fan of how this business has been run at the corporate level, from the shuttering of other schools, to bizarre public clashes. Our school has recently had some administrative staff changes that seem to be leading to smoother operations, and we are excited to send our youngest to the newly opening Nido class as our eldest prepares to move up to Children’s House. I am willing to ignore, for now, the corporate troubles of the last few years simply due to the amazing care and education my child has received. Her classroom even has a child with special needs and I’ve seen the guides be inclusive, loving, and helpful towards that child. So long as that atmosphere continues to exist within the classroom and my kids continue to reap benefits of Montessori and Spanish immersion, I will hope corporate can figure out the messes they have created via their mismanagement. My review and therefore my rating are geared specifically to our school location, and the amazing teachers and staff there.
