After doing some research with several companies in the area, I did not book with this one because it has a conviction from a judge related to financial fraud.

You appear to have confused Guides France with another company, www.tour-guides.fr, operated by Romain Bouchaud, whose stated business address is 112 rue de Meaux, Paris. We invite you to check the publicly available information regarding this address (societe.com)

We have also received reports from travellers and tourism professionals concerning their experiences with Mr Romain Bouchaud, including matters relating to service delivery and invoicing. However, these matters are not our business, and we have no intention of engaging in online gossip or controversy.

Guides France bases its business on facts and has never been convicted of financial fraud.
