I booked an apartment in Milan through Guide to Europe. Unfortunately, upon arrival the accommodation was not accessible and check-in was not possible.

This caused significant inconvenience, and we had to arrange alternative hotel accommodation during our trip.

I reported the issue immediately and provided all necessary documentation. The original booking amount was refunded, and after further communication, the company also agreed to a partial monetary compensation, which was paid.

Although the situation was stressful at the time, it was ultimately resolved through communication and compensation.

Overall, the experience had serious issues at the beginning, but the case was eventually handled and resolved.

Our guide Timo was very nice, he has shared with us lot of information and answered to all our questions, also giving us very useful tips for our stay in Finland. Recommended!

First time using Guide to Europe and it will be my go to booking app. Easy to book, pick up location was easy to find, staff very visible, coaches were clean, modern and comfortable. Ample food and time to feed the reindeer, lots of photo opportunities. Two lunch options, if you couldn't bear to eat reindeer stew, there was a wonderful tomato soup. Cookies, hot chocolate and tea to help you stay warm. After lunch a great presentation by the Sami elder on the Sami culture and life as a reindeer herder. Fantastic trip, great price, fun times and beautiful scenery.

It was a good experience. Good departing point to visit Oslo.

Very poor experience when dealing with customer service during a difficult matter with their vendor/tour operator. Spent so much time dealing with that matter instead of exploring Europe.

Guide to Europe agents were fantastic heling me with finding flights, TSA pre check, scan my documents when I had troubles.
Let me know right away when I had delays and gave me suggestions, new flights.
This is why I gave 5 stars, the customer service was amazing which gives hope in humanity. It ahd been a long time being cared.

I absolutely loved all three of my tours! Each one was such a great experience from start to finish. The tour guides were amazing and genuinely hilarious — they kept us laughing the whole way while still sharing tons of interesting history and stories.

The sights were stunning on every trip. From Glendalough and Wicklow to the Cliffs of Moher, Galway, the Giant’s Causeway, and everything in between… every stop was unforgettable. The sheepdog demonstration was a blast, the coastal views were incredible, and exploring the different towns was such a highlight.

Overall, every tour was super well-organized, comfortable, and full of fun. I’d 100% recommend Finn McCools Tours to anyone visiting Ireland.

You booked us an electric Fiat. The Europcar agent said that that particular vehicle would have ruined our stay, and I could not agree more. We did 4 countries in 10 days and had absolutely no time to find a charging station or spend wasted hours charging it. I paid over $900 US to rent a gas-powered car. She also said the Fiat would not have been good for all the expressways. We are very disappointed with that.

We had a mostly positive experience with Guide to Europe - though originally when we needed to contact (somewhat urgently) we were put through to the office in Iceland who were unable to help us.
Our main negative experience however was the company through which Guide to Europe arranged our car hire "Trio Rent a car" - They were near fraudulent in their actions, attempting to pressure us into also purchasing their insurance and not being clear on what was even covered, and then charging excessive money for near invisible marks in the paint work of the car. Our car insurance had been arranged also through Guide to Europe, but through an organisation independent from the car hire company, and Trio rent a car was clearly upset about this (as the car hire price was very cheap, insurance is where they make their income). We feel like we were going to be charged for something no matter what just so that they could recuperate their costs (because initially they also found other damages but then ignored these once they found the small paint chips which we couldn't show weren't there based on the original photos we had of the car). The insurance we did have covered this for us in the end but we feel it is very unfair that Trio made money off of that insurance company and would strongly recommend Guide to Europe find a different business model or not deal with this particular company ever again.

The cooking class was great! The instructer was fun and very informative! Highly recommend.
