I ordered a pair of sandals that were too big and wanted to exchange them. I emailed the address and text the phone number they provided with absolutely no response. I waited almost 2 weeks for a response and nothing. Now I just spent over $10 to ship them back for a return and they were $40 sandals. Who knows if I will get my money back with the way things have gone so far. Don't purchase from here.
I recently purchased the Lola Ankle Wrap Flats. These shoes arrived clearly already used with scuffed soles and nicked suede. I requested to return the shoes and was told by Roy Chang that my only option was to pay shipping costs for return or make an exchange. Shipping cost for the return is around $25! And I am hesitant to exchange as quality is terrible. The soles are hard and inflexible, and the ribbon is far too wide and long to tie into a cute bow. Money wasted and terrible customer service!
