Great responsive customer service
Great responsive customer service who very kindly able to rush out a temporary tattoo order in a short period of time. They were also able to arrange delivery to a Malaysia office as well, per our request. Printing quality and results were great, no complains! Will definitely engage them again!

Great experience working with Gumtoo - produced customised bandanas. They were prompt and responsive, cost effective with timely updates through the process. The bandanas came out pretty nicely done!

I was a little reluctant to work with Gumtoo as I wasn't familiar with their company, but I took the chance. I'm glad I did. They were super responsive, wanting to ensure they understood my needs to ensure they got my order correct. They also were very accommodating to my timeline and making it work. I would recommend them to others and work with them again.

Responsive and detail-oriented!
Harry's always super responsive and quality has always been great. Even for repeat orders, Harry's meticulous and always goes through proper steps to make sure everything's as they should be. Been ordering at least 5 times from Gumtoo, and will definitely be continuing!

Very good but improvements can be made
They were very patient and helpful with answering my multiple enquiries and prices were also very reasonable. However, it would be great if each customer's account is assigned to just one staff member so that we dont have to keep repeating the same things several times during the entire process.

Quick, Receptive and Quality
The service was very quick enough that an email chain was more of a conversation via text to communicate the design and the pricing or problems which Harry was very receptive and fully explained their process clearly. The Patches were of significant good quality and was well received by my members.

Poor post sales service
