Customer service could be better..
Website and shipping is great. Customer service is slow and difficult to reach. If you make a mistake with your order it will likely be shipped before you can reach customer service so they can correct it.
# In the meanwhile I've had contact about my order. Answer: nothing they can do because it is already being packed. I'm sure they are helpful in most situations, but they dont exactly go above and beyond.
