This was the first time I had used gun mag warehouse and I needed help trying to find a magazine for a rifle that I have and they were extremely helpful. They told me they were unsure if the magazine they had would work and that I needed to contact the company that made the rifle to be sure that I will get the right magazine and explained how to go about doing that so even though they did not sell me anything today they were extremely helpful..

When ordering, they made it simple and clear and delivery was to my satisfaction

Shipping cost amazingly low compared to other companies. I am a repeat customer and this is where I'll buy magazines.

I have purchased many items from GMW over the years, never any problems. They have great customer service and prices. An item I ordered recently got lost in the USPS mail. I can't thank Mike (Claims Specialist) enough for going the 'extra mile' to making everything work, he truly is the most efficient person I have met in a long time. Excellent costumer service. I had trouble with the address and they contact me right away. The products are made of excellent material. Very durable and work perfectly.

Eduardo at GunMag Warehouse went above and beyond. There was some ammunition that had a very ambiguous description that was for sale from many online sellers, but there was no way to get any customer service for most of them. One call to Edwardo at GMW, and he went out into the warehouse, found the exact item for which I had a question, took a picture and sent it to me via email. In this day of online sellers for which customer service is often nonexistent, Eduardo and GMW are outstanding.

Great prices, great selection and fast shipping. There are lots of online retailers that can offer these things. What really matters and whats much harder to find is an online retailer that offers great customer service after the sale. My package was correctly addressed but USPS delivered it to the wrong address. A soon as I notified GMW Mike, one of their Shipping Claims Specialist jumped in and was able to locate my parcel and have it delivered to my door the next work day. It doesn't get much better than that.

Shoutout to Mike (support) who helped me in locating my lost package! The guy worked on it for 3 days straight until he got an answer from the mail carrier! Will be ordering again soon!!!

I have made many purchases from GMW over the years, including recently ordering several items. I have also needed to call before ordering on several occasions, as I was not sure what specific product to order and needed some expert advice. GMW has consistently exceeded my expectations with every single interaction! They are professional, very customer focused, and always deliver on time. I definitely recommend you ordering from them next time you need a great product at a great price.

USPS had bungled the shipment routing and my package was missing for two and a half weeks. I contacted GMW customer service and Mike handled my case. Outstanding work from Mike. He reached out to USPS, provided daily morning updates, and long story short after my package took a vacation in Puerto Rico, it made its way safe and sound to New England. I was worried at first, but Mike worked this out in the most professional way.

Its rare to see a company that moves this quickly - I am very impressed. reasonable shipping and it was a pleasure doing business with them - they will hear from me again. Thanks!!

The long and short of the issue is that I ordered some ets magazines from gunmagwarehouse.

I noticed immediately that the ets magazine wasn't working, in multiple ways.

Originally, and less than a week after I got the magazine, I tried to return it. Gunmagwarehouse said they had no way to verify my claims, so they refused.

Unsatisfied, I figured I'd at least attempt to give the magazine a bad review.

I have tried probably >30 times to leave a negative review of 1 star, with no success. If I opened the review page in an incognito window or with a vpn or both, my review did not post.

After all that, I tried leaving a 3 star review, with EXACTLY the same wording - this one was posted instantly, but the others were not.

Gunmagwarehouse will never get my business again.

the post office lost my package, the person I talked to at GMW was very helpful, and put me in touch with Mike, who deal with USPS, and updated me daily. he quickly reordered my items, and they are on their way. excellent service. will be back . . . .
