I only received one out of two pairs of glasses.

I recently had an excellent online shopping experience purchasing Gunnar computer glasses. From start to finish, the process was seamless and straightforward. I’ve been a fan of Gunnar optiks for a while, so I was excited to buy a pair of readers to wear for my work. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clear how to take advantage of the discount on the glasses I ordered so I ended up paying full price, unless I’m missing something. This isn’t so much a complaint as just pointing out the process of buying something on sale or discount isn’t very transparent as you step through the process.

I spent $400 on the new ghost amber gaming glasses with prescription, 20 days after order they finally shipped only to be returned to sender now i have not received my gaming glasses that i spend $400 on and Gunnar optiks have not replied to any emails i have sent trying to rectify this matter so i can get my glasses

They have good deals, but the selection is limited. It will nice if they expanded the offers to more models.

Quick shipment, easy guide to submit insurance claim, plus the free pair of nonprescription are great for when I wear contacts.

I've been watching this company from afar for quite some time. I'm a gamer and I play video games all the time. But I also work in getting of the computer all week. I knew that if I were going to get prescription glasses it would be from here. Save your money, it's worth every penny.

Yall do not answer in a timely manner. Even though I sent an email to cancel my order shortly after i bought it(didnt mean to purchase them), it was shipped anyway.

easy website navigation. didn’t have the escape pair combo I wanted but close enough

The package was opened and also the inner box of the glasses was opened. How can I be sure that the glasses are not changed and they are authentic

I love that they still have the same style of frame that I've used for years (Phenom). This style of glasses really just work perfect for my face. Slightly sad that they don't have gunmetal anymore but Onyx will do great.

Gunnar does not replace lenses. This means if your $100 plastic glasses get scratched, you must replace them entirely, so another hundred bucks down the drain.

I could eat an entire week in my country with 100 bucks.

They fall once on the floor? GONE. I don't know how these lenses are made, but a few tiny scratches in the middle induce eye strain worse than not using them at all.

Which would be perfectly fine if they offered a cheap service to replace these lenses, but they do not.

Fast delivery, good product, this is my third pair!

Process is just too slow. Takes forever to receive the product. Speeding up the whole process should be prioritized.

The product was well made and delivered well

At first the UI didn't load correctly so my order had to be cancelled and refunded. Then I went through the process again and it worked. Got my glasses after two weeks of waiting and either Gunnar got my prescription wrong or the eye doctor did. The glasses results weren't better than my current glasses.
On top of that, they look horrible on my face. And since they are prescription, there is no refund. Even a partial one. They can reuse the frames. But no. That isn't an option.

My first experience with the company many years ago was great. A new company, not the corporate norms, and now they are just as pricey and painful to work with as the big company.

Wonderful shopping process. Super responsive. Rep emailed me to make sure I understood the prescription options and that I was getting the right pair for the context I needed them. These fallout styled shades look even cooler in RL than on the page.
