Don’t fall victim to there finance option
I was presented with an option to finance with a reasonable rate. After I received the firearm I was notified the finance company was being transferred and my new rate ended up being 110% of the original cost. That’s right more in interest that the value of the firearm. If I could give you a negative 5 starts I would.
Worst online order experience OF MY LIFE!
Mind you, this was my first time ever ordering from this company. I ordered a product in the first few days of December 2025. The product gets here, and I see the magazines aren't as advertised. I emailed them immediately... TWICE... was 2 days before anyone ever replied. Then it took them the rest of December to figure out that I needed to return the entire firearm, not just the magazines. I drop the firearm off to UPS for the return on Jan 2, 2026. They got it within a week. it's February 18, 2026.... AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PRODUCT! Not only that, I kept having TO CALL THEM instead of them calling me, to get updates on the progress of the return. In some cases it seemed like no progress would have been made had I not called. This is literally the worst online shopping experience of my life. not just with firearms, with any product. If negative stars were possible to give, Guns.com would get a -10 stars. Do not recommend

"Buyer Beware" This company is happy to take your money, but if you have to return it good luck getting your money back. I had a return on 1-27-26 It's now 2-16-26 I have called the Company today was the 4th time and no money as of yet, spoke with a manager today and was told I would be refunded today.

Prices high stock low
I like your ammo prices and some gun prices but when it comes to ammo there is some im having a hard time finding or if I do its either sold out or too expensive. It is also with alot of pre-owned guns alot are wildly outrageous in price even for used or have been sold out for a very long time with no restock. But I really loved the ammo I bought it was a great price and came really quick no problems.

I changed my mind on a gun purchase and called to cancel within an hour and was told it could not be stopped. The gun did not ship until two days later. Now I am stuck with a gun I don't want. Send me a box and I will gladly send it back to you. It has never been fired. This ranks on my number one dissatisfaction in dealing with any company.
THEY'LL SPAM YOU!
SPAM!! SPAM!!! Never have I even been to their website, then all of a sudden I got signed up to their emails. I try to unsubscribe and I get this:
"Your browser privacy settings may be blocking elements on this page from loading. Please try opening this page in a different browser, view in a non-private window, or turn off Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection."
NO! No matter WHAT I choose to do on my system, I should be able to unsubscribe. It should just WORK rather than have me have to dig and determine what "setting" I may have turned on to unsubscribe to your spam.
