Two out of three attempted orders canceled by sellers. First order was great. I’m taking my business elsewhere for time purposes. Not sure if listings are authentic.

First off they will harass your email non stop even when you unsubscribe from thier emails. Shipping took a long time. Gun was well above market price. The biggest sin is they don't support small FFL's they refused to send to my preferred FFL because he is small and doesn't have a big store. I can get over a slow shipping experience, and a overpriced gun that other stores did not have in stock. The thing I can not get over is not shipping to small FFL's so I will never use them again.

I ORDERED A GUN AND 3 DAYS LATER THEY OFFERED FREE SHIPPING. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY AND TALKED TO A WOMAN ABOUT GETTING THE FREE SHIPPING SHE DECLINED GIVING ME THE OFFER AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR SHE BALKED AND AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES SHE FINALLY PUT ANOTHER WOMAN ON THE LINE WHO STILL REFUSED TO HELP ME. THE MATERIAL THAT WAS SENT WITH THE GUN STATED THAT THEY WANTED EVERY CUSTOMER TO BE 100% SATISFIED AND I CAN GUARANTEE THAT I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER GUN FROM GUN'S DOT COM NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Site is very easy to navigate. I ended up ordering a Taurus G3 and the process went very smooth. Will be back for more!

A gun I couldn’t find anywhere else, was promptly found on their site. It was delivered within a week and everything went the way a quality company should operate. Have already ordered another gun through them (and received in a weeks time-) and can only assume this will be a regular happening.

Searched everywhere for a good price for a Anaconda 44mag, price was pretty consistent everywhere, but guns.com was $200-$300 less, was still thinking about it over the weekend, and it dropped another $250 on Monday morning!! Plus Colt had a $100 rebate, so when I get the rebate, I’ll have $899 in this beauty. I’ll definitely be using guns.com again.

I had a disappointing experience with Guns.com and would not recommend them based on how they handle product listings and customer concerns.

The firearm I purchased was listed in a way that I found misleading. The page included general manufacturer information that made it seem like certain standard components would be included, but when I received the item, those components were missing. While they later pointed to a smaller “Seller Description” section as the source of truth, the overall layout of the listing blends general product details with the specific item in a way that is confusing and not transparent.

When I reached out to customer service, they refused to offer any kind of partial refund or resolution, stating there was no error. From a customer standpoint, that response completely ignores how the listing could reasonably be interpreted and places all responsibility on the buyer.

Mistakes or misunderstandings can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, there was no willingness to acknowledge the confusion or work toward a fair solution.

I would strongly advise potential buyers to scrutinize listings very carefully and not rely on the general product information shown on the page. Based on my experience, I will not be doing business with Guns.com again
