Worst service ever
This is most awful customer service I have ever experienced.
I had ordered 2 pair of earrings 2 months ago with the advance of payment. They promise to sent the order with in 10-15 days. But didn’t sent any details or ongoing updates regarding my order I had to contact them multiple times via phone call and messages through Viber and instagram but nothing was updated like they have disappeared. Finally after long wait and multiple messages they replied and sent one pair of earrings via post which was after 1000s of messages and call and they were making the excuse of the workers getting ill.
Later I asked them about my second order and they kept on saying that they will sent in few days which turned to weeks and later to month. And at the end they told us that they can’t do the order of our request which i made 2 months ago and was sending the random pictures of earring that they have currently. Why were they making the customers to wait if they were unable to do at the first place?
Please never order from this company they are the worst online service I have experienced in my whole life. It was like begging them to get our own product.
They are total scammers.
