Been with guru for a while now and has been decent with good support.

Guru have been nothing but amazing. I inherited my late Father's hosting business and didn't know where to start. Even on a Sunday, the responses to my support tickets were practically immediate. They bent over backwards to help me and made the transition to my web company flawless. I have literally never come across a web company so excellent and so reasonably priced. Fully recommended and you won't need to go anywhere else. Thank you Guru!

I have to say I am a bit of a dunce when it comes to technology. Thank goodness for the helpful staff at GURU. They never get cross with me if I don't understand and very often if I don't, they will do the thing for me.
They are patient, knowledgeable and kind.

I have been using Guru since it was established as Flump, a long time ago! This review is about my move from IONOS for hosting media files to use in a Wordpress website. Why? Because images and audio files stored in the Wordpress media gallery multiple at a ridiculous rate, and without their alt description text. I have been using FTP for many years, but the IONOS Plesk system is a nightmare and even changing an FTP password was like something from Mission Impossible. I once set up a Linux server for a university assignment in less time!

Lesson learned, I went to Guru who were, as always, more than helpful. My domain name was moved from IONOS, and after changing the DNS settings (as detailed by Guru's very helpful staff), my images and mp3 files are being served out by the server!

I ran up against a technical problem while trying to set up a website, and fired off a query to Guru who have hosted all my websites for many years. Within the hour they had fixed the problem for me and let me know in a cheerful email. Guru's support is beyond excellent!

I've been hosting websites for a long time (25 yrs approx) and it's taken me all this time to find a company like guru who really tick all the boxes (I do have another but they are three times the price).
I moved 13 sites to them which they migrated for me. The advice during the process was excellent and the guidance through the fraught process of switching hosts has been excellent.
Since then the support has also been first class - quick to respond and knowledgeable.

The issue was fixed quickly by Guru support team within few minutes of raising. They are very competent in fixing such issues in timely manner.

The UK's best hosting support. GURU are big enough to deliver all the capabilities, but small enough to really care about their customers.

I've been a guru customer for a number of years. I initially came onboard because they're UK based with 24/7 real support. In the few times I've needed to draw on the support it's been exemplary, be it a Sunday afternoon or 23:00 on a Friday, I've been really impressed. Most recently Andrew L2 support was assisting me and we had a great chat as well as him taking real accountability to resolve my problem. Excellent service, will continue to be a Guru customer for the long term on this basis.

I've used Guru for around 4 years now and their service and hosting has always been spot on. Dealt with Andrew and Adam recently and they (as well as all the others who deal with support tickets who have helped me) are just fantastic.

I continue to be really impressed with GURU's technical support. Replies to tickets are always prompt and they go out of their way to help. We recently had an issue with one of our sites and Andrius was incredibly helpful. Probably offering support that wouldn't typically be in the scope of what a hosting provider would offer.

Had a problem with my contact form on my website that wasn't working which James sorted out quickly, very pleased and relieved

I've used these guys for years. The service itself has never let me down and whenever I've had to call on support they have done everything they could to provide solutions to my varied issues. Highly recommended if you need a hosting provider suitable for the vast majority of websites.
