I've been looking for courses, membership, payments, CRM platform for ages and tested and tried many. So far GuruCan is the most user friendly and easy to use one. The good thing is there is no compromise in functionality and/or features.

I found everything what I need very quickly and it took me a couple of hours to set up my first course ready to go. I find it quite remarkable. The video lessons can be uploaded to the platform directly or hosted over Wistia (I have account there as well) or Vimeo.

Quizzes, home assignments, dripping material can be added and set up effortlessly.

Three more things I would like to highlight separately: very responsive support (I checked it several times during my set up process resolving minor questions) , the possibility to have White Label option and an App. This last thing (having an App) on its own totally over-delivered the value I expected when I signed up with GuruCan.

What I do not like?
I am sure along the way I will discover something I would change or do not like but for the moment I do not have much to say . As for now I just experienced some small issue with the delay in decoding of my first uploaded videos. For several hours I had a message "video is decoding ...". After I address it to the support it was quickly resolved.

Conclusion:

Even though I am using the platform just several days but the overall experience is quite remarkable. In this two-three days I've done a lot. I very much hope it will stay the same way in the future. 🙂

The main reasons why I am switching to GuruCan are affordability, great design, flexibility, better features, integrations and Apps for iOS and Android. That's a lot! :)

- Pros
I love the CRM area, the chat is perfect to have the community in one place without using phone apps. The homework platform it is great to review my clients progress.
I love the integration capabilities.
I really like the option to have articles or a blog in the same platform, I like to offer additional materials that can be read by hungry students.
The marketing advantages are great, I think this platform is designed to sell my curses, not only to host them. The marketing automatization and the coupons options are amazing.

- Cons
I am little confused in how to handle the different products they offer. The help center is useful, but I will like to see more training videos about how to use the platform. It is a training platform, use it to train your clients.
I am not able to us HTML on the phone app, it does not make sense to allow using HTLM on the web interface, but not at the phone interface. This is a big problem for me, I am not able to insert the training videos from my hosting, I will need to use Vimeo or Wistia.

This is a very useful platform for who want publish online courses.
Gurucan offers a lot of features that make it easy tocreate and manage online courses.

I’ve been looking to switch to a new LMS platform as the previous platforms I had tried were either too costly or too basic. Along came Gurucan and I must say I’m quite happy with my purchase. I’ve played around with the features and I think it has a a great balance of features that will work for both course creators and coaches.

I think the most outstanding feature is that it has a mobile app! Granted, it’s not a whitelabel app unless you pay for that, but nevertheless, it’s very rare to find an LMS platform that offers the ability for you to send push notifications to the users’ mobile devices. So I think that feature alone makes Gurucan an instant buy!

Gurucan is an interesting platform with very promising features. Still in beta for some features but very promising platform for experiential teaching and learning online.

I used to host my small client groups inside a Facebook group, but recently the platform has been too glitchy and I was even locked out of my groups for a week recently, which made me feel very vulnerable, and I was looking for an external solutions. BEHOLD: Gurucan had almost everything I needed and an amazing user-friendly mobile app that covers everything I will ever need to offer an exclusive and mobile friendly user experience to my clients.

Gurucan looks simple and straightforward yet gives the advanced users everything they need. I was able to deep-connect my Marketing analytics software because Gurucan allows me to insert custom javascript tracking in their LMS pages. Their customer support is great and gives prompt technical responses. I love the mobile app as more and more of my audience are consuming my courses on their mobile devices.

The app is fairly new and being developed but it's the most flexible and powerful solution I have used so far. The ability to offer an app with push notifications as well as offer different payment options, drip content and quizzes make it great for students.

I'm working on a joint venture teaching project with another business owner and I told her I would evaluate Gurucan as a platform we could use.

The first day I gave it a try and set up a basic practice course on "How to Cook an Egg" just for fun. I showed it to my venture partner and she was astounded that I had done so much just playing around before even watching one tutorial.

I liked how intuitive it was and especially excited about how it was built as a mobile app first rather than as an afterthought. My target audience of students would probably enjoy taking classes via mobile so this is appealing to me.

The only thing that makes me nervous about going "all in" with Gurucan is that they are new and I would feel more confident with a more established company. I really want them to stick around!

(I had a question today and the support chat got to me within minutes so that makes me feel more confident.)

The new standard in LMS
The LMS area is crowded with several large and small players but Gurucan has crafted a new value proposition by offering an all in one solution. There are still enhancement like the UI which will be coming as the product matures but for 95% of the requirements - the platform really delivers and excels. We will like to see more integrations - and some of them are on the roadmap.

There are so many different and costly platforms that do only one thing and that means I as the creator as well as my customers need to join/login to multiple sites to access the product. Plus many a times the experience in the desktop and mobile is different.

Gurucan has created a platform which acts as a center for information delivery and I see great potential. Also, considering that it is mobile first, it makes my as well my customers life easy!

I was able to replace all my softwares when I got GuruCan. I was also able connect my clickfunnels account with my gurucan account.

Such a great tool especially when you're slowly gaining more and more engagement online and want to monetize. I've looked around and there are so many possibles - courses, ebooks, monthly membership. I'm so happy I purchased this!

Gurucan is very simple to set up and get going. The team is very passionate about it's continuous growth and I'm happy to trust them with my e-coaching needs.

I like the fact that is an easy to use tool for course creators with several useful features integrated. What I like the most about Gurucan is their Tech support that is really focus on users' issues and desires. I had an issue trying to insert an iframe, but they solved it in one or two days. I also like the fact that there are several tools in just one place.

I've been using Teachable for years. However, we've always struggled with creating a membership-based online course community. It's common to straddle multiple platforms when trying to launch courses. With GuruCan, I'm able to do everything I need with one platform. I can host live webinars, chats and offer subscription plans. They found the right balance between the key features and making sure they function to make life easier for my students.

While some standard features are missing, like an affiliate platform and integration with zoom, I'm confident they will continue to evolve. Their customer support is exceptional. I highly recommend GuruCan
