Have terrible experience with this clothes brand and I don't recommend ordering anything from here. They write that company doesn't provide return labels, but they don't mention that you must pay and send clothes back to China yourself! Especially, it's shocking because when I paid for clothes, money was transfered to Lithuanian bank. So I assumed that I must send back to Europe. But nope, you must send and pay for China!!
Of course they nowhere mention that everything comes from China or that you have yo deal with returns.

My advice, never buy from them, unless you have extra time and wanna struggle with all this returns.

Package arrived earlier than the tracking said, which is a win. The dress fits me perfectly.

My new coat is honestly gorgeous. Super warm and not bulky at all. Perfect for UK weather.

It’s my third review as they won’t refund me! They are thief. They literally asked to remove my bad review in order to receive a refund for something that I never received!

So until I get my refund I will keep on putting bad reviews.

I ordered a light jacket for spring, and while it looks nice, the material is thinner than I expected. It’s good for mild weather, but definitely not warm enough for colder days. Still, it’s stylish and comfortable to wear.

I ordered a puffer jacket, and it’s exactly what I wanted! It’s super warm, light, and very stylish. Perfect for colder weather, and the color was just as advertised. Can’t wait to wear it all winter!

Gusaino has a fantastic selection of items, and the quality is quite nice. My only issue was that my order took longer to arrive than expected. I’d still shop here again, but I hope they improve delivery times.

This seller is selling products under so many different names Olivia mae ruby mae this site plus lots more please read reviews before buying. I fell for there scam and ordered a coat off ruby mae the item did show up but was not stitched in several places. Then they expected me to pay £49 to return it. My bank helped me and did a charge back from them

Do not use this company - they are a complete con. So unfortunate you are misold the item you do not receive. The item received is nothing like what i ordered and the fur collar wass missing - and this is not a cheap site either so be very vigilante

t has been quite some time, and I haven't received the product I paid for. I've tried reaching out to their customer service but have had no response.
This experience has been very frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from Gusaino.com if you expect reliable service. They took my money, and I have nothing to show for it.

I ordered some clothes from Gusaino, and they arrived faster than I expected. One item was not as described, but customer service quickly resolved the issue. Everything else was of great quality. I will definitely shop here again.

Please do not buy anything from this company. The coat I paid £150 for is not even worth £10. I got told if I took my bad review down they would not require me to return the sh***y coat which is like a rag and they would refund the full amount. So stupidly I took the review down and now gets an email telling me I need to send the s**t coat back to china at my own expense. Don’t be fooled the the Italian sounding name of this company is it cheap s**t products from china. Dirty robbers.

Poor communication and won’t buy from here again. I’ve been trying to return products that did not fit for weeks and the customer service does not reply.

Less than 1 star if I could. This retail webshop is a scam… DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! They will send you something completely different to what you ordered and then never respond to your inquiries about a refund. The other reviews that are proping up their rating here are definitely fake.

Worst customer service ever disguised in care for environment and stuff like that. Actually they probably are selling alibaba or aliexpress and they make you do so many steps in order to finally tell you that you have to pay for sending an item back to China(which by the way, doesn’t even look like in the picture) or they can refund you a 15% off the product which they claim it is sooo beautiful. Yux!!!

I'm very upset with this seller! The Webside looks so nice and the products with the offered price seemed too good to be true....but I tried, since they replied to me on Instagram very nice, that I can return the goods if they don't fit or I don't like them! I received a jacket, that was honestly nowhere near the picture on the webside....so I wrote them that I want to return the jacket and they agreed - i paid the return myself, which is fine, I can totally understand that. I have send them the trackingnumber, which was delivered on 19th january to a postoffice, since no one was available at the provided adress. I have even told them that information....and since then NO ANSWER...I have wrote them so many mails - no feedback...I'm super upset and really advise to not buy from this seller....I really tried, but I'm now waiting for almost a month for a feedback and nothing....
So please do not buy from this side - since they put absolutly no efford in customers service which is one of the most important things nowadays....

I have purchased my coat before Christmas, and I was really mesmerized by it's quality for such a dissent price. Everywhere I go I get compliments and I love the way it looks. I will definitely look inro some other items to purchase from this company.

The fit was true to size and the quality is fantastic! I love my outfit
