Stayed at Union Lido on our first campsite holiday. Very happy with experience. Family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. GUSTOCAMP hosts Paul and Cath were brilliant in looking after us from check in to check out and we wish to communicate this to you. Thanks to you both Paul abd Cath. We have already put in booking for next year.

Some small suggestions:
Inclusion of Pizza cutter in utensils
Toaster would also be of benefit

Our hosts were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, lots of advice about local areas and a nice couple to just chat to. The admin team sorting out location changes to keep the large group all together were very accommodating, even after multiple changes. The site itself was great. It is built on a steep hill but we didnt mind as we had hired a car and honestly if you are fit its not that bad anyway. There are steps and shortcuts you can take all over the site so its worth exploring. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed, albeit a little small. This didnt matter to us as we only really slept in it and were out all day.

We had a mixed experience with Gustocamp_UK, booking via gustocamp. The accommodation was modern and clean, but bird droppings on the terrace were an issue considering we traveled with kids. Some unexpected additional charges, along with pricey on-site food and markets, were disappointing. Friendly staff and comfortable spaces helped, but the overall experience could be improved.

Kids will never get bored at this camp site (Bella Italia, Lake Garda)

Absolutely amazing camp site. Lovely people, great swimming pools, very clean and lots of delicious foods. We love Erik and Christine who looked after us all while we were there.Erik hand painted a beautiful scenic birthday card of the amazing view from our cabin for my mother’s birthday, and Christine gave us some beautiful traditional freshly made Italian desserts 🥰such a special moment. We had a wonderful time here 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

It wasnt clean enought a have photos how we arrive, on the terase there were poops from birds, we have there tree kids!!! And they take from us all ID i have no experience with that, and last day they told us we need to pay 55 extra euros for kid who was not even two years old. Thats os ridiculus! And last thing all markets and restaurants were overprice, we wont come back i am sorry

We had a great time at Camping Norcenni Girasole in Tuscany, staying in a lovely Savannah Lodge. We really liked the large private verandah, clean and relatively spacious bathrooms and the campsite provided lots of action (including hill walking!) for the children. The Gustocamp representative was kind and helpful and had good tips. Downsides for us were: no oven, toaster or dishwasher in the kitchen (would have been good to know this in advance) which limited cooking options and led to us eating out more, which was expensive. We had disruption to sleeping from people parking outside our bedroom window and noisily packing/unpacking cars and from very bright floodlights that shone into our accommodation - blackout blinds and a bit more consideration from others would have helped! There was also an admin mix up re: money payable on site, which was later resolved. Overall, a lovely holiday and would definitely book with Gustocamp again for the superior accommodation and great customer service.

I booked a family holiday at Camping Bella Italia via Gustocamp. I was a little apprehensive, booking from the UK, never having used this company before, but everything was perfect. Our accomodation was modern, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The bedding and towels we ordered were good quality and the air conditioning was brilliant - much needed in the heat. Our rep at the site was really friendly and easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. We will definitely be booking with Gustocamp again.

Excellent facilities and end to end service!

Accommodation was modern and clean and the hosts were welcoming and helpful.

5th time with Gustocamp and we loved this site in Tuscany. Eric and his wife were brilliant hosts.

We have been traveling with Gustocamp for many years, and we always come to nice, clean and good mobilhomes. The staff are always friendly and helpful🤗.

This is our 6th visit, we just love Marina De Venezia and the Gutocamp cabins. Great company to deal with, efficient, very helpful and friendly customer service. Cabins are excellent quality and well worth it

Really enjoyed our stay . The mobile was relatively new. They are probably the best onsite. It was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen area was good with a combi microwave. The outside decking area and dining area was ideal for relaxing in the evening sunshine. A welcome break from the pool area! The Gustocamp reps were very helpful. I will definitely be booking with Gustocamp again.

This is the second time I have booked with Gustocamp and I am again happy with the service, communication is excellent before travel. We really like the comfy deck lounge furniture on the deluxe xl cabins, we have not seen as nice with other companies in the parks we've been to.

Facilities was fabulous. Accomadation was lovely. Staff were helpful.
