Dont you buy there. Im almost certain that at least good percentage of the positive reviews are from the company itself.

Products produced for Asian countries, without guarantee in Europe, no information on the origins of the product letting the clients faulsly believe that they buy from a European merchandiser. For the return of the product they ask the client to pay the transportation costs to Hong Kong!

The Best oft the Best! I bought before in the USA, but was every time disappointed over there communication and customer tax. With this company "guterkauf" i never had to pay customers tax for import. They make this perfect!!! The Price in the shop ist with all fees. Perfect!

as long as the thing you bought works, you're fine.
if anything goes wrong, you're f*cked -- the customer service doesn't care that the warranty should be 2yrs on all products sold in the EU, or that they should pay for postage if the product stops working.
After shopping here once, I would rather pay 20% extra and go to Amazon.
Would not recommend.

My item was not delivered. I sent several emails, but they did not answer. I did not receive money back (600 EUR)!!!

Wow, to be fair I will start with the 1 positive. I did get my item. That's all! Website says 3 to 7 days. Over a month. they never answered emails ever except when I tried to cancel. Then they sent a form email offering 11 euros off. (of a 264 euro purchase) I excepted and then again, no contact. Finally after 3 weeks it shipped and they charged my credit card the full price. No discount. I wrote them back and inquired but guess what? no response. The was the single most terrible company I have ever ordered from! They give you the impression they are a German company, they are not. From Hong Kong. I took a chance on them because of the good price. Big mistake. Pay a little more and use a reputable company. This place should be out of business. Terrible.

I ordered a Macbook Pro on January 8th, and after hitting that button, I did some research about this company, and after reading some bad reviews I did get worried. But sure enough 18 day later I received the new mac.

Please do not use this company. It is a total scam. Don’t be fooled by the German name and website-this company is in Hong Kong!. We ordered a camera for 350€ and 10 days later the Staus has remained at “Bearbeitung” despite the product showing as “auf Lager”.We have attempted to contact them several times including via the PayPal complaints process but they just completely ignore all emails. We hope that we can recover our money via PayPal because we have zero chance of getting it back via this total scam company. Please do not be fooled by any of the positive reviews as there are hundreds of negative ones.

Order placed. 2 Weeks later no reaction. Order cancelled. 2 Week later no reaction, no money. BE CAREFUL!

This is a scam!!!! Buyer beware, you will say goodbye to your money and get nothing! This is not a regular "gray market" shop, this is an internet scam. PayPal will not help you getting your money back.

I Bought a camera through a friend of mine, unfortunately I didn't check this website before, the camera cost me around 3,800 Euros, I've been saving for a long time to have this camera, and now i feel like I am being fooled, I payed through PayPal do you think I will be able to have the money back if I filed a dispute.

I needed the camera urgently these times because I am working on a lot of project, DPD seems like they didn't receive anything, and on the website it says that the order is completed, while it is not. I didn't receive anything at all.

I need to have a way to sue these guys it is a big fraud be careful. I sent them emails and they never replied.

I just don't know how it is possible to send people tracking numbers for things you never sent. how they are exploiting a very trusted shipping companies.

Ordered a phone almost 3 weeks ago. Took a week to receive shipment confirmation, another week for tracking number. 3 weeks later tracking still says it's in HK. No reply from support. Website clearly states 3 to 7 days delivery. Smells like scam.

I placed an order on 12.12. Then after having read all the negative things I cancelled the order - within minutes after placing it.
I did this via email and I also opened an RMA as per their terms. They advise on their website a full refund if you cancel before shipping.
I then received order confirmation on 15.12 and responded in saying I had cancelled the order and referred to the RMA as well.
They confirmed receipt of the RMA, but still went ahead and shipped. Now on 28.12 I collected the item. I want to return it but there is no return address on website, only the address they mention that is not suitable for returns. I also expect a full refund and a refund for any additional shipping I have to now incur due to them not following their own T&C's. I have sent numerous emails to their support email also with PDF's of all email correspondence and have received no reply.

I was told 4-6 days delivery when I was ordering it. It 2 weeks now. Nothing yet. Not even tracking details.
