I've ordered 3 phones and a screen protector from this shop! It's been 18 days already and until now my order has not been dispatched. They answered me today that it will still take other 4 days until they dispatch my order. Of course they told me many times before that my order will be dispatched in the next days... Since 18 days ( Ohh wait just ... days until the product becomes in stock ). Just bad. I don't recommend to shop here. They lie to you. It's mentioned in their website that they process orders within 3 days after ordering. Well, this is completely BS. for reals though. How can you trust a shop that keeps giving empty lies. Don't waste your time and buy from this store. Since i ordered these products, i sent them like 20 emails. Hi sir, it's not like i have ordered a space shuttle. These are just phones. It doesn't have to be that complicated. I feel like i have invested too much time just to buy some phones. Not to mention that they answer your emails always late. I don't like it. U wanna a good advice, pay a bit more money and buy your stuff from a more reliable and legit store.

Many posts about scam website, etc etc .. Well, firstly, this company is in Hong Kong, it states so in plain English on their website (in my case German as I live in Germany) so ... guess what, delivery will take longer ... but hey !! I bought an official Apple 2017 32 Gb iPad in Gold colour for €288.99 ... Bloody good price in my opinion, it took 12 days to arrive, from order to post person to deliver it via DHL. I was able to track it as soon as it arrived in Germany (so a couple of days 'silence' from DHL tracking) but also updates on my Guter Kauf online account ... so I knew exactly what was happening. Brand new, sealed in box, as soon as I set it up an registered it with Apple, the Apple guarantee started from that date. So very good service and price I think. The rest of you, be patient ..

Item (photography lens) originated from "Bham" (Birmingham, UK?). The lens arrived in good condition and in reasonable time.

I am not German, but I live in Germany. I have 2 orders made from guterkauf.com.de and both of them arrived.
- a moto mod stereo speaker Jbl
- an Asus Zoom 2 64 giga with german language in the menu ;)

To those who keep saying this site is a scam or new costumers who read and don't trust the shop, I can give you the 2 order codes to see they arrived.

You get a DHL tracking code, but you have to wait up to 9 days for the package to reach Hannover and then it appears in the system. The merchendise comes from Hong Kong

Pros: -usually the phones from Hong Kong come with 64 giga internal memory standard and they are dual sim

Cons:-i don't know how the warranty works because I didn't received in the package one

In conclusion I recomand this site 100% and I want to thank the staff there for everything, especially for sending me the Asus Zenfone leather edition with metal margin. You are the best

PS: There is no danger because it's paid with PayPal and in case of something money can be recovered, but it won't be the case.

For me this is really bad Company. I ordered Phone, they take my Money and after four Days I get e-mail. They wrote that is only other color avaible. I dont like other because that was birthday gift for my husband. They canceled my order but I get my Money afer 3-5 works Days !!!!! Now I dont have gift on time and Money tu get other one too.Im very angry and sad.

I made a wrong order and want to cancel it in 10 mins, and they tell me shipment is sent without any proof. Nevertheless, whenI review the shipping information, it is an international shippong, I don't even know where is the product origin.

*** oh right, thanks for your reminder, I almost forgot this order, it has been 12 days (14-26 sept) and I still don’t get the shipment info, nor tracking number.

* updated on 2 oct, another week again, Guterkauf created a tracking from DHL last friday and said it needs 72-84 hours to get the tracking updated.

It takes more than 2 weeks to get the item...and the service is bad.Be careful that it also takes a lot money to return your product. Luckily, there is nothing wrong with my item.

Four weeks are passed with no information!
Please give me a short information about the current status?

folgender Sachverhalt:
Meine Bestellung mit der Ordernumber: TDEW10017026, habe ich zwei Tage nach Bestellung am 10.05.2017 per E-Mail storniert, das heißt noch vor Versand der Bestellung.
Am 20.05.2017 wurde die Bestellung dennoch an mich geliefert, diese Lieferung habe ich nicht angenommen.
Bis heute habe ich noch keine Rücküberweisung von 116,99€ auf meinen Konto eingegangen. Die Rücksendung ist am 24.05.2017 bei Ihnen eingegangen (siehe Trackingnummer). Ich habe mich bereits mit PayPal in Verbindung gesetzt, da Sie auf keine meiner E-mails reagieren.

Don't buy any product from thus site it's cheating site. I ordered a camera but I didn't get it it's already 19dsys over. Ist problem they don't have any customer care number. 2nd they only contacting u mail. Never reply on time. They will tell u it will be reach on maximum 4days. never ever reach. I had a few reservations because of some really negative reviews but the price for the smartphone I bought was unbeatable so I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised: I got my item in just 5 days, it was very well packed and the phone was in a factory-sealed box with all its accessories. I'm a very satisfied buyer and would recommend Guter Kauf anytime!

Guterkauf is a Chinese scam site, with an anonymous Australian webhost, posing as a German vendor.

Do not be fooled by the "acceptable" rating as each 1 star review is followed by astroturf reviews with 4-5 stars within hours of posting, which I am sure this review will be lost to as well.

I made the mistake of looking at the price before investigating the vendor and placed an order. After a few days I was happy to see a DHL tracking number, but for some reason the order never left the processing point. I waited a few days for DHL to reply, but was told the vendor must place the tracker and tried to contact Guterkauf to do so. I had reply by "Julia Bar" that guterkauf was investigating and to please be patient. After two weeks my patience grew very thin and I recontacted DHL who said that no tracker was ever placed.

Looking at other customers experiences, it seems this is a common occurrence and Guterkauf seems to have found a way to exploit DHL tracking to show a delivery which never reaches the destination. While I do not have more information on HOW it happens, I see it happens frequently.

Thankfully, I received full refund from paypal a month after the order with no delivery, but would encourage all other victims of this scam site to file police report for internet fraud.

I am sad that most people will not read this before falling for the scam themselves, but please start the process to recover your funds immediately and notify the police.

Prices are best. Delivery is fast enough. Product arrived is completely fine.
Only minus for now - no English language in the website interface.

Thru and thru a scam site. After a month of non-delivery with redirections to the "live help" service which has no links on the website, I did a domain search.

guterkauf.com.de is registered to "C/O Private Ranger Limited" in Auckland, NZ. Google this company and you can find multiple other scam sites they run, from pharmaceutical sites, stock trading, to pet sales. The commonality is user reports of being scammed.

If you are have placed an order with this site, I encourage you to please file dispute with your payment service immediately and file a police report.
