DO NOT TRUST
This is a warning to any person or organisation, of any kind, considering entering into any kind of agreement with GUTS Tickets / Open Ticketing Eco System / GET Protocol (same company directors). Unfortunately, I am a victim of their disgraceful business practices - breach of signed agreement, false promises, blatant lies, and gaslighting, in an attempt to explain their behaviour (which can all be proven by evidence). This resulted in a very significant financial loss, as well as months of lost time, the refusal of alternative opportunities, and health implications. Please take this warning seriously. Avoid at all costs, and pay no attention to any attempt in justifying their behaviour. This shouldn't be allowed to happen to anybody, and I certainly wouldn't want anything similar to happen to anybody else.

Dear Oliver,
We regret that there has been a misunderstanding. Our discussions and the signed document described the venture as a joint effort, with both parties expected to invest. The document was a non-binding statement of intent, not a commitment to cover all costs unilaterally.
When it became clear that our expectations were not aligned, we decided to halt the project.
We value transparency in all our dealings and regret any inconvenience caused.
