I ordered a leather irving flight jacket on the picture. What I got is a vinyl fake sheepskin flimsy jacket. Totally junk! No money back but a small discount on a new order. They thought I would buy something else at this scam company? Over my dead body! They are crooks and belong behind bars. I they lived in my country I would pay them a visit!

Keep away from this company, they will send you some crap that is not ordered, you cant get any refund, the offer voucher for less money than you bought stuff for.

As others have said, this company has stolen pictures and descriptions from reputable high quality companies, and then deliver low quality poor imitations. For example, I ordered a lined leather vest with 5 inside pockets and hand warmer pockets on the outside. What I received is vinyl, unlined, without any inside pockets, and the outside pockets don’t meet the description, either.
I wrote to customer service the day after delivery, but they have never responded.
Don’t do business with this company.

It's a scam company. The images on their site are stolen from a company called Overland Sheep Co. They then try to sell CHEAP copies of those garments and argue you out of getting a refund. Just keep at it and Paypal will give you a full refund. The garments are laughable so there's no dispute.

Ordered a waistcoat, happy that this arrived several weeks later than I ordered, BUT the product is nothing like ordered, not even the right colour and poorly made.

Terrible company. Deliver a cheap item you did not order and then refuse to refund your payment. A complete scam.

SCAM! Bait & Switch! Customer Sends Money – They Keep It. Simple.
Ordered EDINBURGH VEST Golden Saddle. Did not receive the vest we ordered! Did NOT match description, except for Color. Did not have advertised separate side hand-warmer entry front pockets; NO INSIDE POCKETS, (5 inside pockets including dual CCW pockets; 2 Interior Leather Pockets (Cell & Wallet Flap); One Inside Zipper Pocket; Dual CCW Pockets & Holster); was VINYL - not Full-Grain Leather. Sent photos as proof. Requested refund. Back & forth e-mails (service@guytab). Their last message: “we suggest you keep the item & accept our offer which is a $12 voucher as compensation. Voucher is a kind of discount code that you can use for your next purchase. This is not refundable money. If you want to send the item back for a full refund, the return-shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.” DON’T TRUST THEM! They’ve never admitted it was their fault. DO NOT ORDER FROM GUYTAB!
