I recently had my car wrapped by GVE, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked into their shop, it was clear I was dealing with professionals who take pride in their craft.
The attention to detail was outstanding. Every edge, curve, and contour of my car was flawlessly wrapped. The vinyl finish is smooth, bubble-free, and looks factory-grade. Whether you're going for a satin black, matte chrome, or a custom print, GVE delivers with precision.
The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They walked me through color options, finishes, and even gave helpful tips on maintaining the wrap. Communication throughout the process was excellent.

Positives- They sold my Ferrari and I got my money THE END
Negatives-Tried to get me to drop my asking price after only four weeks.
Only found out my car had been sold when I received a letter from DVLA saying it had a new owner.
They eventually rang me back saying it hadn't been collected on that day so I wasn't due my payment (bullshit)
I had to wait four weeks to receive any money and Ferrari finance had to wait until the very end of the settlement figure date (another two) to receive theirs.
Do the people who buy these cars that are on SOR realise that if it all goes wrong they lose their car.
If you want stress and don't care how long you wait for your money then by all means use GVE, if you want good communication and paying on time then don't, as they keep the money so that they collect the interest.
Beware, it's not a smooth ride.

False promises , lies, unfinished cars , poor PDI
I've had better after sales care from a private seller on gumtree selling a used washing machine
Initial contact was good, until we pulled the trigger on the sale - spoke to Aaron
Lovely looking car 2019 Alpina xd3 with a strange back story (which I quite like but might put some off) Singapore import (not actually mentioned in the add)
Few messages/ phone calls back and forth we agreed a deal sent a deposit and agreed collection date (I'm 250 miles away)
Ignored messages , no confirmation of deposit, car not finished upon collection - tyres were not replaced, fresh mot hadn't been completed , service was not done , PPF wasn't finished which was all agreed in the deal
Felt sorry for the young lady who had to take over the sale she clearly wasn't in sales but Aaron was too busy to do the hand over himself
Missing paperwork , missing keys, faults with the gps , emergency sos and TPMS warning lights
After a day of trains, taxis and walking I just wanted to get to the hotel and just hope the coming weeks would be a joy and I could just brush the whole situation off .... the issues were annoying but nothing that couldn't be sorted with a little time and patience
The final nail in the coffin and part of the reason I'm writing this review ---->
Car was impounded for no tax three days into ownership!
I paid the dealership to tax it on day of purchase using their card machine (was charged wrong which I did eventually get a refund for) ......took me 48 hours to resolve this due to lack of response's from Aaron who was the only person I was even able to contact
I was eventually sent a picture of a folded up receipt with "proof of tax" for my vehicle ... conveniently the date and transaction number was folded over , luckily a fine and a few hours later dvla could confirm tax and I was allowed to recover my vehicle back
Took two weeks to receive the keys which I needed for the centre locking wheel caps to sort the TPMS light - these had been promised to be sent out next working day ......I wasn't made aware the car was a sale or return type sale until day of collection
Overall my experience has been terrible, with the impound cost and to "sort" all the issues which are just simple PDI sales prep I will be around 2000 out of pocket
For such a social media focused company they really are shocking
I know I'm not the only one who has had similar experiences ..... I had to contact another buyer with a similar car because i wanted to see if he had the same nav issues and recall outstanding (yes he does)
I had parts of his service history and sent this to him off my own back , just very very sloppy prep, PDI, after sales
Thankfully I live close to an independent trusted specialist who will be rectifying the issues with the car
So unless you want sloppy service , poorly prepped cars and false promises I would probably look elsewhere

I purchased a vehicle back in Feb, still not received my full service history as promised and a new experience today. I get sent am image of marketing they used with me and my car on collection day. They doctored a fake 5-star Trustpilot review on my image and said it was a new sale of the weekend, put a false name on it and used the photo of me and the car.

Looked all good at first and claim to be specialist but the PPF was lifting in so many places after 6-8 weeks and had cut lines on the paint which were visible after the film had lifted a few mm. All they say is ‘we can’t find your name on our CRM’ when they try to back out of it. Will never use again.

Looked after my Porsche for far longer than anticipated, and the new colour choice is fabulous. can't recommend the service or the personal touch enough. Great company, and communications have been excellent.

It's hard to come by the level of customer service I recieved at GVE.
Both my cars were handled with the love and respect that they treat all their cars.
My main contact was with George Foot who was there throughout the entire process, providing both updates and suggestions.
He helped pick out colours, suggested matching wheels that compliment the colour of the car perfect, he went as far as to accent the body work with an almost identical trim colour as the wheels, there were surprises all throughout the build that were a true delight, changing the colour of the logo to match the car was one such surprise.
Even after the job was complete the customer care didn't stop. I've had numerous requests, and self inflicted issues that George sorted within minutes, at most an hour.
The job I gave him and the team was neither easy or time efficient and it was handled with grace and a smile. You've earned a customer for life. I cannot thank you enough.

George was fantastic in all the comms, from me sending pictures of work I needed doing, describing the work it would entail, working with me on my schedule to drop off the car and pick it up once done. More importantly the work done was great!
Friendly team from when I walked in - just an overall very positive experience!

Aftercare
I recently purchased a car, and whilst the initial buying process was smooth and straightforward, my experience has taken a turn for the worse due to the aftercare. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting time has turned into a frustrating ordeal.
After I entrusted them with selling my previous car (sold in mid-December), I am still waiting for the payment. Despite my patience, I find myself constantly chasing for updates, and the lack of communication has been shambolic. This ongoing uncertainty has overshadowed the joy of buying my dream car.
It's such a shame that a great purchase experience has been marred by poor aftercare. I hope they can improve their processes so that future customers don’t have to endure the same disappointment.
