I accidentally ordered a 10k band... Emailed the day after I placed my order to upgrade to a 14k band. GW immediately sent me an updated invoice. The ring was delivered quickly. No issues at all.

Amazing product and the whole process was so seamless. We saved so much money ordering our wedding band online. The ring came packaged so nice, and the size fit perfectly.

I would highly recommend to anyone to stay away from this company. We have a negative experience with them and ended up losing money. The full story is that my wife's engagement ring is size 4.5,... See more

The ring is gorgeous! So happy with our decision and for choosing a Canadian designer. We’ve already shared the website for G.W. Bands with a few friends who are getting married as well!

Avoid this, potential scammers

I would highly recommend to anyone to stay away from this company. We have a negative experience with them and ended up losing money.

The full story is that my wife's engagement ring is size 4.5, so we ordered a wedding band size 4.75 from gwbands to ensure a tiny bit of extra room. When the ring arrived, she couldn't even put it on her finger, it was way too small. gwbands offers a one-time free resizing, but we went to 3 different local stores in our city, and everywhere her ring size was 4.5, or 4.75 if she wanted to have it a little loose. For that reason, we didn't know how gw bands are sizing their rings and didn't want to order a new one from them so we ended up returning the ring. As a result, they charged us a 15% restocking fee, which is quite high since the rings are not cheap.

My recommendation is to avoid this site, they may send you the wrong size and get money from you, which feels like a scam. The prices are not much different than when shopping local, plus you get mostly free resizes in many local stores, but not with gwbands, so definitely 1 star for them and warnings to potential buyers.

The Customer Service is great.

The Customer Service is great.
The packaging is great the first time around.

The only thing I was super upset about was the quality of the ring after the exchange.

I ordered a 4.5 ring but it was a bit small so I exchanged the ring for a 4.75.

However, when the 4.75 ring came back, it came back in the same box. I mean, I would of at least repacked as how I would have received it the first time around. Presentation is key to everything. It shows how you value the look of your business.

Also, when the ring came back it came back at a poorer quality than the original ring. Almost as if you took the 4.5 ring and resized it to a 4.75. The ring also came back with scratch marks and dirty on the side. Markings that I could not get off the ring. This made me very upset because I had such high hopes.

I was originally super excited to get this ring but after the exchange you lost some of my confidence in the Quality.

With every business I feel like Quality and Presentation is key. Customer service is also very important. I give you points for customer service. Points definitely lost for quality and presentation the second time around.
