Misleading pre-sales info and zero post-sales follow-up

I am very disappointed with the communication from this company. Before purchasing, I contacted customer support on Sunday, and they assured me that items are shipped the next day from Europe. Based on this info, I placed my order yesterday.

I was told someone would contact me within few hours to arrange the invoice, but nobody reached out. When I followed up via live chat today, the story completely changed. Now I'm being told that "everyone is on holiday."

If the items are truly shipped from Europe, why does a holiday in China affect my order processing and communication? The information given before the sale and after the sale is completely different. The prices might be competitive, but the support is unreliable and provides misleading information. I expected much better transparency.

Oc course they didn't send it too yet :)

The delivery is super fast

The delivery is super fast. The after sale communication is so responding. One of the best buying experiences I had for this kind of machine.
And the product is absolutely perfect. CO2 50w and Fiber 50w lasers are just perfect.

AMAZING Support, Amazing product!

Firstly, I'd call myself a maker/Engineer. I have 5 lasers including this one, 5 3D printers, CNC router, CNC Mill, well, you get the idea.

I was an early backer on the Kickstarter (#504), and I have used an industrial CO2 laser since New Year's day, 2005. I considered getting a more powerful CO2 in the past, but then the fiber ones came out, and I got a couple small ones of those (10 and 20 watt), which could barely do anything to metal. I saw the Kickstarter, and I was hooked! I got the machine - they covered the lift tailgate service, unloading it was uneventful, and everything was in order.

Unit was packed VERY well, a solid inch of plywood under it and heavy on the sides. No damage to the laser. Setup by following their videos which gave step by step examples.

Support via WhatsApp, Never had that kind of support before, it is FANTASTIC, they put you on a chat with a few of their engineers/support people, and any time of the day or night you have a question... Just type it in.. and often within minutes or seconds you will have an answer!

With my previous lasers and hardware I've been pretty much on my own to figure things out. This has been nice having someone that I can ask a question to and get an answer from someone who knows this stuff better than me... And with the metal cutting / welding / cleaning / engraving - which works totally different than the CO2 cutting/engraving process. I thought that it would be all the same, but it is not, many things to learn, but learn them I will.

It has been super fun, as well as super amazing. I cut out letters that were HALF a millimeter wide in 0.8mm thick stainless steel sheet using compressed air and I was just STUNNED with the results.

I've come up with so many more uses for this since I got it

The machine is fantastic

The machine is fantastic, the only limit is your imagination.
The company offers real-time assistance through a team of engineers who guide you step by step through the resolution of any small problems that may arise when using such sophisticated machines.
This is priceless!

One damage and fast replacement new one

I don't know why power suply my g2max 50w broke. But customer service replaced fast my mashine to new one. I couldn't imagine that how this small mashine and fancy design is so powerful. It 3d engraving on brass 4 mm depth very fast. I am really satisfied with this laser mashin and that company and costumer service.

I'll be happy to start my business with it.
Also, the People at Gweike are really helpful and easy to talk to. As it's a small team try the best communication for you from mail, whatsapp or facebook group!

I don't even know where to begin with…

I don't even know where to begin with my review of Gweike Cloud. I am overly honest and can be brutally honest at times. My husband and I own a mid to high end jewelry business and have been wanting to venture into deep laser engraving. We stumbled across this company while looking at a few of the much higher priced fiber laser companies and before purchasing any high tech machines for our business, I do about a weeks worth of research and did the same with Gweike. Like all reviews people either love the product or hate it and same with YouTube videos, which we watched a few and after the research and video watching we decided to go with Gweike G2 50W Fiber Laser machine.

We haven't even received it yet and this is the shocking part. I received an email from Villa with the company and because of my name (happens all the time) Villa addressed me as Mr. Without going fully into the email, I responded with my correct gender and business name as well as letting Villa know that we had literally just purchased. Villa apologized for miscalling me and immediately added their G1 10W diode laser to my order free of charge! I could go on and on but to cut this shorter... The communication, kindness and generosity of this company is BAR NONE and I've been in the jewelry business for over 25 yrs and never have I come across a company that fully and truly cares about the customer experience with them.

Do I recommend this company... without a doubt I do!!! I haven't even received my products yet but you can bet as soon as I do I will leave another 5 star review and if I could I'd leave 10+ stars for the communication, kindness and offer of any assistance we need with their machine.

Returning customer

Returning customer, I placed an order for a fiber laser today. I mainly use my lasers for hobby use for wood, metal, acrylic, leather and cardboard projects. I make scaled models, statuettes and replica items and having both a CO2 laser and now soon a fiber laser, allows me to create details I couldn't previously incorporate into my projects. I have so far nothing but positive words to say about Gweike as a laser producer and their very helpful and skilled team of customer service personell and technicians. I highly recommend the company and their products.

Be EXTRA EXTRA carefull

An update on how Gweike treat small customers. I have sent them photographic evidence of my laser sitting on their warehouse floor, after being delivered, on the 13th of January. I am told they have advised staff to keep looking for it, but 3 months have passed hearing that. Support staff on the web site will now not talk to me at all.

Purchased 2 lasers from Gweike in Dec 24. The G2 engraver went into trial mode, and could not be unlocked. It was returned and replaced. The replacement works well. The other unit was a 55watt Cloud unit. From day 1, it had issues, and I was talking to support daily on Whatsapp, but after 2 weeks, I had had enough. Could not do any work, so sent the laser back to get a refund, and buy a different brand of laser. It is now almost the end of March 25, and no refund has been received. Their transport company picked up the laser and returned it to Sydney factory. Staff signed for delivery. Chasing the refund, keep getting told they cannot find the laser, so no refund will be done. Their transport company sent me the signature for delivery. Gweike do not care, they seem to have lost the unit in their factory, and will not refund me, as I think they feel I am trying to rip them off. By not refunding me, they have stuffed my home business. With no laser, I cannot make goods. They have my money, so I cannot replace the laser. Just hope the G2 laser keeps working.
2/4/25 Gweike replied explaining it was all my fault. I sent the laser to "someone", and they do not have it. They keep forgetting their transport company have proof the laser has been delivered to their warehouse. Told them many times laser was received by Ting on 13/2/25. Laser was sent using their paperwork. Seems I will have to sue them to get a refund, and costs.

Got on to Allied, Gweike's carrier company, and surprise, surprise, I now have photographic proof that my laser was returned on 13/1/25, as I have been telling them for 3 months. Will see what happens next.

first of all, it was not our fault, we did everything we can

the point is that, we have communicated with you in the tech support group in advance that please follow the procedures to arrange exchange, but you didn't listen, n you randomly arranged return of the package to nowhere, now we can't find it, neither of you, the package is missing because of you, still you claimed it is our fault.

we have confirmed with our warehouse that if they received that return of the package, there would be a returning bill for us to pay, but we didn't, which means the warehouse didn't receive the cloud unit package

so it is not us who didn't care nor didn't try to sort it out
