Do not buy here! They are thieves! Judge by the robotic replies on all the complaints here. They all say the same BS reply! Reply to heyshape customer service. Well, we all have for months & they don't reply or refund! File with the Better Business Bureau. The Attorney General, the IRS & your Bank Fraud Dept. Maybe this will either turn them around or get them shut down in our country for fraud. The ph# listed is disco as well. Pure Fraud!

I ordered 20 shirts for $32.99, plus $6.99 for shipping. The shirts never arrived. Their tracking website usually didn't work, so I couldn't tell if they thought it was delivered. I asked for a refund, but they said:

"The package is lost. This is indeed a situation we don't want to see. Since the logistics company refuses to compensate, we can only bear this loss. In order to make up for your loss as much as possible, we can apply for a refund for your order! However, it should be noted that the $15 shipping fee incurred during transportation was not charged by us, therefore the $15 shipping cost in the order amount cannot be refunded."

I sent them a copy of their email saying shipping was $6.99, not the $15 they claimed. They did not comment on that proof of the shipping amount.

After multiple emails, I warned them I would dispute it with my credit card issuer if they didn't refund the full amount. They kept saying they wouldn't refund the full amount I paid.

My credit card company sided with me and refunded the entire amount I paid, including the shipping.

I would give a minus score if I could not only did they not send my 3 packages...even thought they said they did, they refused to refund my money...PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A MAJOR SCAM

Stay right away. Everything about them is a TOTAL fraud.

This is a criminal organisation in my opinion. The took my money for an order that I never received, I have been fighting for a refund for over a month now. The have stalled, lied etc. Do Not Do Business with Them...

Complete and utter rip off. Total scam. Do not buy anything from this company. Do not believe a word they say in regards to refund process. Fake apologies and fake AI names. Just flat out liars. I’d give them ZERO if I could.

My experience with Gwemical is that it is a lot of fancy false advertising not backed up by actual delivery of any product. I ordered something on clearance sale, the merchant took my bank information and charged my bank. The product was given a tracking number. I watched the tracking number for a month and suddenly one day it said it was "delivered", after traveling all the way from Hong Kong. But nothing arrived at my address. There is someone that speaks English answering customer service e-mail whom said that a 30% refund would be issued, but I've not gotten it. It appears to be a foreign company with english/american advertising that don't actually have a way of shipping to the united states.

Terrible company. Stay away! I ordered in error and within 15 minutes, cancelled the order after reading more online about them. Sure enough, they told me the order had been shipped and that when it arrived, I could return it. It was a scam. How could it have shipped in 15 minutes? After fighting with them via email (no phone number to call), the agreed to stop the shipment and provide a refund. One month later and 7 emails, no refund. Always an excuse. I will be doing a credit card dispute, getting nowhere with their "customer service."

even though there site promises 100% refund policy

The fake and scam company. Don't trust them at all or waste your time and money. I had a shopping from this website. It was supposed to be delivered to me in a week. It didn't happen. After a month I asked them to follow up my shipment. They asked me to give them 2-3 days to investigate and then no response. The fake tracking number they sent to me wasn't updated at all and then suddenly showed the package delivered to me in mail box with out any proof or photo. It was absolutely untrue because I was checking every day and evening my mailbox.
