We had a return airport transfer to Birmingham from Pontypool. This company is definitely about the customer, ensuring good communication, comfortable & spacious vehicle & customer care. We could not fault Lee and his team in any way and would definitely recommend.
We booked with Gwent vales for our travel to and from the airport. We were very happy with how everything was handled. Well priced, great communication, friendly drivers made us feel very comfortable, just a really pleasant experience. Will definitely be using again !!

Booked with Lee & Gwent Vales after searching on Facebook. Messaged via what’s app where Lee was quick to respond, providing a competitive, no hassle quote.
We was not pressured to pay a deposit or pay in full. However we placed our Trust in Lee paying in full on collection for our Travel to Bristol Airport.
Lee, was friendly and social with the group, making sure all our party (mobility needs) was met. The bus was spacious, clean and tidy with a first class trip to the airport.
On return Lee messaged me to say he had another driver collecting us, whom was there waiting and on time to take us home at the end of our holiday. Again Damien, was pleasant and met our expectations.
We highly recommend to all the use of Gwent Vales Travel and will use in the future!

Our original transport provider cancelled at 2:00 am of the day we were to travel from Bristol to (near) Cowbridge for our daughter’s wedding. We were travelling with the wedding dress, decorations, luggage and the Canadian contingent attending the wedding. The original provider was no help and I called provider after provider. We got a hold of Lee at around 9:00 am. He told me to give him 10 minutes. He had miraculously found us an 18 passenger van. He picked us up at 11:30 am. Loaded our stuff. Gave me a big hug and a bottle of champagne and we were on our way.
The wedding went off without a hitch. Thank you Lee. I recommend to everyone that you use Gwent Vales Travel from the onset. Kind, efficient, professional and understanding. Thank you for saving our day.
