Disappointment

I am extremely disappointed with Gym24. When signing the contract, I was repeatedly assured that this was a premium gym, but reality proved otherwise.

1) CrossFit area closures – Management can randomly block access to the CrossFit zone during peak hours. Imagine coming in after work, ready to train, only to find that in a packed gym, there is just ONE squat/deadlift rack available—because Gym24 decided to run a CrossFit course at that time.

2) Misleading contract conditions – I specifically asked if I would receive a discount for martial arts training in Herrenberg. The manager confidently said yes, but conveniently failed to mention that the discount was temporary and would expire after just six months.

3) Terrible Wi-Fi – During peak hours, the network is completely overloaded, making it unusable. Apparently, this so-called premium gym couldn't be bothered to install an extra router for its "premium" customers.

Ridiculous pricing – Compared to other popular gym chains, I have no idea how they justify their prices. The registration fee alone is absurd, costing more than an entire month of training.

Gym24’s business model is outdated, and I strongly warn you against signing up. Contracts cannot be canceled for two years, and you are stuck with an overpriced, mediocre gym that fails to deliver on its promises. Stay away!
