First good news - Buying was simple, flooring does look great.

Bad news - Once I purchased I was bombarded with upsell emails to the point I had to unsubscribe within 4 days.

After 5 days no one had still contacted me about delivery. I had to contact them.

I was told it was dispatched, that was it.

On Friday, I was told that I would be emailed or court on Monday 6am with a delivery slot for that day.

By 9:30am I still hadn't received any confirmation. I then had to re-email to find out when this delivery slot was.

I received a reply at 12:05 pm to be told that my delivery stop was between 12 and 2 pm. (helpful, right)

After racing to the gym, I waited. By 2:30 pm I still hadn't had a delivery. I had to then again re-ringing them to find out where my flooring was. I was told it was 10 minutes away.

By 3:30 pm the flooring still hadn't arrived. Meaning I have been sat doing nothing for 3 1/2 hours. No one called no one apologised.

When the flooring eventually arrived. I was shocked to find out that not a single one of the squares are actually squared. Meaning you have no hope of keeping the single line straight.

However, I will say once we finally got the flooring down it does look good and seems to be nice and sturdy.

I still haven't received an apology from them for the delays or the miscommunications or the lack of communications there you go.

They do need to sort out their emails and stop bombarding people.

I bought their 20mm pro sprung flooring for our home gym, they’re definitely keen on follow up emails to sales enquiries!! However they did offer us additional discount and once we took the plunge after research, the service was excellent.

Their delivery partner even arranged delivery on a date about 2 weeks after purchase to ensure we would be in which was excellent.

The pro tiles to install were straight forward enough, but it’s a physical job, and you need professional tools, this is not a job for your average DIY-er! That isn’t a criticism, it just means you need an eye for detail, or I’d suggest spending more and hiring their interlocking pro tiles.

Our small home gym however now looks the absolute business, we’re made up with the look and feel and the tiles really are top quality.

Oddly, the room feels bigger and warmer than it did with carpet? Either way we’d use them again and recommend them.

I looked everywhere for rubber gym tiles that were not black or grey and eventually found these fabulous cork coloured rubber tiles. We had them professionally installed and they look absolutely stunning.
Dealing with Gym Flooring, they expected the order to arrive with them on a certain date, the delivery was a few days late and to me a week or so late, but they told me what was happening and kept me updated, real people talking to me! I would definitely recommend both the company and the product.

The tiles were delivered and installed on the same day. Although cutting them was a bit challenging because of their weight and density, they were quite straightforward to install. I'm very pleased with how they turned out. Delivery was swift once they were available, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

Took the plunge to get some gym flooring in our summerhouse after having carpet in there for 5 yrs. its not a serious gym, turbo trainer, treadmill and multi gym and an area for the wife to do her Joe Wickes stuff. Flooring arrived and i fitted it myself using a straight edge and stanley knife (plus a rubber mallet) Im really happy how it turned out, exceeded all expectations. Soft enough under foot to get rid of all the various mats everywhere but strong enough to sit the huge treadmill we have. Makes the whole summerhouse look and feel like a nice place to be, somewhere you feel comfortable. Obviously early doors in regard to how durable it is but I’m really happy with it as it stands.

The experience I had ordering and conversing with this company was 100% perfect. Answered all my questions no matter how many I threw at them via email or telephone. Finally ordered my mats and they were delivered at my convenience. The quality is amazing and now my gym looks spot on. One mat had a slight defect which I told the company about and within 2 days a free replacement was sent..I can honestly say this company is amazing for your gym needs and I would highly recommend them. Very professional and polite at all times..very glad I chose this company 👊🏻

Product was good , delivery not great booked in Wednesday and waited all day and didn’t show up ! Emailed the Wednesday and they said eta 3-5pm when I had a feeling it wouldn’t turn up . Arrived next day where had to leave it in the rain as I’m o one at home

After having researched for weeks on various gym mat sites I finally decided on Sprung and the Konnecta Navagio Premium Gym Flooring Mats - 20mm. Amanda was really helpful over the phone to navigate and explain the different products, the sizing and lay out options. I had decided on a different mat range but after seeing the samples I chose Konnecta Navagio. The mats arrived on time, I waited 7 weeks before my gym room was ready and mats could be laid out. They fit easy, the connectors need to be hammered in, I used a rubber mallet. I didn't need to cut the mats. It took my an hour to move and lay 9 mats, they are heavy but manageable. They add warmth to my room, they don't show scratches and they don't shed rubber bits. I am really pleased with the customer service and the products.

We were able to get samples sent to us without charge to help us decide which flooring to go for. It was great to be able to ring up and speak immediately to a real person about our requirements, and all the staff we spoke to were very helpful. After ordering, the courier (also very easy to deal with) contacted us within the advised timescale and delivered on the agreed day - we ordered Monday and the delivery was Friday of the same week. The floor tiles are great, very heavy duty, look fantastic and are actually pretty easy to cut and fit with the advice provided. I can’t fault anything in terms of the product or the customer service experience.
