Warranty claim goes unanswered.
I purchased FORCE USA G15. A 10kg plate arrived damaged. I filed a warranty claim since mid Jan, and i got no response or update (today is 18/2/25). Every email went unanswered. What a disappointment. After seeing a 4.8-star review, you would think this company is trustworthy and now... I don't know if the reviews are all trustworthy reviews.

Home Gym Update
Have purchased many gym items from G&F over a 14 year period setting up home gyms, always found their products to be of great value and quality for the price. They have great tutorial videos of all equipment to achieve maximum value of your purchase.
Like all gym items they need to be maintained correctly to achieve a long life, would have given 5 stars if they provided these maintenance tips and procedures on home gym items, my purchases of commercial items did come with this information.
I haven't researched their web site to see if this information is available, google can help here once you cipher out the rubbish.
All items have been easy to assemble with the guides provided, tools supplied are sufficient for the assembly, it's a bonus if you have a full tool kit to make it easier.
Due to failing health had to let my FF F2000 treadmill go for an FF UB5 upright bike. This bike is an entry level with basic functions, will suit my requirements maintaining some level of fat burn and cardio. Preset levels are basic, and a little confusing given time will work through these.
Only negative, when maximum heart rate has been passed after a short period the program stops recording, would like to turn this feature off.
All up the bike is a solid build, with a maximum weight rating of 150 kg. I’m very happy with my purchase, from my initial request to G&F to the delivery was a great experience. Between G&F and their delivery provider was constantly updated to the progress of my purchase.
Would recommend G&F if you are considering a home gym or fitting out your personal trainer or commercial gym. It would pay to visit one of their showrooms, most equipment is on display.

Initial responsiveness to queries was good, including negotiating price and delivery. I then paid the full price (pre-delivery) and follow-up to my questions on cost and availability of assembly was never provided. There was no assembly manual included - this was found on-line.

Freight was so easy and delivery a breeze the new rack I ordered was great. BUT the new plymetric boxes I ordered said that they were PVC material covered so a softer landing area. They are wood. Not happy as the description was deceptive buyer beware.

I purchased the Free Form T10
I purchased my treadmill online and after doing my own research, it was Gym and Fitness that ticked all the boxes. Sleek, slimline, and surprisingly modern once assembled, with a tidy, uncluttered console. Delivery took a little longer than expected but wasn’t an issue. The handles are my only drawback, as they’re flatter and less comfortable than the rounded grips on my previous treadmill. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and look forward to many, many k’s on it.

Very good customer service and any questions I had were answered. Only down side was the delivery time. Shipped out on the 23rd of January but still haven’t received the G12 yet. Hopefully it arrives on the 4th of February.
