The product is excellent but let down by delivery service
The product is excellent, and I was very happy with the service provided by your company. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the delivery service.
The delivery did not arrive on the scheduled day, and I only received an apology after I called, having waited at home all day. I was then assured that the delivery would be rescheduled for the following day and that I would receive a phone call beforehand to confirm I was home.
However, no call was made, and the delivery arrived without any prior notice. While I appreciate the quality of the product and the service from your team, the delivery experience was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I was a first time customer at Gym and Fitness, and can’t honestly say I was blown away by their level of service!
Communication was amazing and I was informed of the delivery process throughout and even received installation tips.
The bench itself is very well built and I am absolutely loving using it. It replaces an older bench and the difference in quality with the Force USA bench is really impressive

Dan at Gym and Fitness was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of our questions quickly and even helped us split our payment between an upfront amount and Afterpay, which isn’t normally available online.
We are very happy with our Force USA G4 All-In-One Trainer. The quality is excellent, and it has everything you need for a complete home gym. Highly recommend.

Force USA C20
I expressed an interest in purchasing the force USA c20, and I was a little nervous because it’s a big purchase! I already had a basic all-in-one trainer so I let gym and fitness know I wanted to get the c20 around end of financial year so I could sell off the other one. I got a phone call about an upcoming sale on it and I got sent a personalised quote straight away so I could think about it, no pressure. It was pretty simple.
The c20 is an absolute beauty and a beast. The cables are so smooth. I love the storage. The smith machine goes so low to the ground. It’s so thought out. I got a little help with the first few steps of putting it together and putting in the smith bar but other than that I assembled it myself. Each step has its own little bag of hardware and the parts are labeled so it was easier and quicker than I thought.
