I set up a home gym in our garage and found Mark to be a pleasure to deal with. I had a substantial order and found gymgear to be the most competitive company to deal with pricewise. The equipment I received is of a very high quality. I called into the shop to view everything before purchasing and mark took the time to go through everything with me. Delivery was straightforward and ample notice was given ahead of items being dropped off. I will purchase again from gymgear in the future

I bought a treadmill off of Mark about 2 years ago loads of use and still going strong. Just bought full set of dumbbells with stand and punch bag, as usual best price and quality around. Really quick delivery with prior contact to confirm time. I will definitely buy here again.

Really great products at a reasonable price. I went in to the showroom to place an order and they did me a really good deal. The delivery was excellent too. A days notice with the time of day for delivery. Everything was in perfect condition and good quality for the price. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a Nordic Track rowing machine in January 2022.
The machine broke down in September 2022 and as it was still in warranty I contacted Gymgear.
A service engineer eventually came in November 2022 but brought the wrong replacement part. He ordered the correct part himself once he realised the mistake.
I waited for the engineer to return with the correct part but it didn't happen. Eventually I emailed Gymgear again in January, February and May 2023 but Gymgear have not made any effort to contact me to organise repair of the machine.
My rowing machine has not been repaired

I ordered my treadmill on Friday of a bank holiday weekend and it was delivered first thing on Wednesday morning. Very quick delivery and when I originally contacted gymgear by phone they were very helpful in helping me find the right treadmill for my requirements.

Mark was a great salesman, knows his equipment inside and out and made the purchasing of our treadmill very easy. Delivered and installed it the next day. Top class customer service.

I was searching online for a squat rack and came across and squat rack and bench combo from gymgear for very cheap. I wasn't expecting much because of the price but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Delivery also came without any hitches. I fully recommend.

A genuine 5star review. I ordered pair of dumbells and they were delivered the following morning. I received a text before they were sent out to me to find out if I would be home for the delivery also. I couldn't ask for more.

I got the dumbell bundle deal and bench. The products are excellent. Delivery was excellent. One set of dumbells had to be swapped out and it was done within 5 days. Really easy to use the website. Ordered a crosstrainer and it was received promptly. Machine was put together in the house as requested. Overall experience was extremely smooth and would definitely recommend.
