I ordered on the 4th April. It is now 16th April and I have not received any updates since last week. I have not received my order and it said the delivery would be 2-3 days. I tried to contact Gymgynetix by instagram and received no response for a week.

Today is Saturday 5th April, I ordered my item 16th March, I think that says it all. Bad service from this company and evri the courier company. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Checked companies house i believe this company is no longer trading do not order from website.

Still waiting for item 12days after ordering. Has not even been shipped yet. I have wrote to gymgenetix on the app 'shop', received no response.

I wish I could say i'm happy with my order but I never received it. Not sure if I will receive anything over time because I can't track it.

I am not entirely sure how they get away with it, but I have bought 2 pairs of leggings from here and when they arrived, they are just £6 Shein leggings with their logo stuck to the back
I know this because I have the leggings from Shein that I bought a while back and they are IDENTICAL

But please be aware, if you are buying anything from here over £15
Get them from Shein for more than half the price

Customer service is poor. Been waiting for refund for over 2 weeks.

Very disappointed. I have ordered lots of items over the years and at times I was pleased. However this is now 3rd or 4th leggings I have bought from them and they’ve began to tear within first 2 uses. I only just got the leggings 2 weeks ago and wore them 2x. Very poor quality. Will shop with other brands. Customer service upon ordering was also not helpful at all as I was having issues with placing order.

Quick dispatch and delivery. However the items were quite poor quality; one was faulty. One gym set had hand-wash only on the labels, but this wasn't marked on the item listing - I wouldn't have bought otherwise. Between four items the sizing varied wildly.

Customer service is really slow and mostly unresponsive. I finally got a response to my return request 8 days after I submitted it. It's been a week since I sent the returned item by next day delivery; I know they've received it as I paid for next day delivery and proof of delivery. However they haven't confirmed receipt and I've heard nothing about my refund.

Very prompt service, with quick delivery. Easy to use website with great offers and quality comfortable gym sets.

Still haven’t received the package after weeks

I have brought 3 pairs of black ranched bum leggings and within a week or two each pair has developed holes in them ! Absolutely ridiculous. Especially 25pound each time!
