Bugs all the time, no response from helpdesk

There are bugs all the time.

Messages towards my coach are never transmitted.

When contacting the help desk I just get an automated answer but nothing is ever fixed.

NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!!

Sorry to here that. When you send a message to the support you always have the automated answer with all the responses... but you have the ability to talk to the team or create a new ticket.

I just had a look to it and it looks like you never created a ticket, just a follow-up on previous conversation (5 months old).

The last message is dated to friday... the team is off the week-end that's why you didn't get any answer.

I'll take care of you from now, let's chat in-app.

La meilleure application de coaching

Excellente application, très intuitive ! l'interface se prend très rapidement en main et se distingue des autres logiciels et applications.

Gymkee me permet de délivrer la meilleure expérience de coaching possible à mes clients.

Je gagne un maximum de temps et j'augmente la valeur de mes coachings.. Quoi demander de plus ?
