Fantastic communication

Fantastic communication. I’ve asked questions about products and also asked if they could get specific colours and sizes of items, they did. They informed me when they’d come into stock so that I could order. Delivery prompt and tracked. Great service.

I ordered a number of items where there…

I ordered a number of items where there were discounted accessories available to order at the same time
None of the accessories were delivered and the orders for these accessories were cancelled.
I was not informed until delivery was made.
Very disappointing.

Hello, there appears to be a miscommunication - we have sent two messages to your email address regarding one item (out of 6 ordered) being out of stock and offering alternatives. We have delivered the remaining 5 items and as we did not hear back form you we issued a full refund for the missing one.
