Product is very good, customer service is non-existent
Product is very good and works well. Rating would be much higher but customer service is non-existent. I have not been provided with my paid for access to the Premium version of the App despite buying the product in January 2026. I have emailed multiple times, messaged on the App and had no response to any of my requests. I don’t want to go as far as indicating there is misselling to Amazon as I am happy with the product itself but when I have paid for something I expect it to be delivered. Hopefully the Customer service team see this and can rectify.

Very bad shipping and communication
Order is now delayed by 5 days and customer service did not contact me to inform me that the date they advertised as when it would arrive, was completely and totally wrong. I would have appreciated a heads up or an email that it would take a week to ship the product. If I had known that, I probably would not have bothered to order it.

Awful company
Awful company. I ordered their pilates board – it came with issues which they offered me a 5% discount on. I accepted it as the issue didn't fully impact the use of the board. They LIE on their website saying there is 100 day money back guarantee. I've contacted customer services within the 100 days to get a refund, they said they changed their policy in January 2026. I purchased is March and the guarantee was still on the website. Today in May that guarantee is still on the website and they are refusing to honour their legal obligations. There are only about 12 videos on the app for pilates. I contacted their customer service at the beginning of April to ask if they would be adding more, again they lied and said they were uploading more pilates videos in April. It's the end of May and there are no new videos. All in all, absolutely disgusting and illegal.

I bought this set after doing some research on exercise and having an ileostomy (stoma) which I have due to Crohn’s disease. I’m now in my 40’s perimenopausal so wanted to train in strength rather than just cardio, I have been using this set for a week now and absolutely love the product and the App is brilliant easy to follow and the workouts most definitely give you a workout! Want to upgrade to the HIIT bands and possible the reformer set but I would highly recommend as this set has really supported my and makes sure I’m not over doing the weights especially with my stoma!

Fantastic equipment
The equipment came securely packed with the an outer box providing additional protection.
The app is easy to use and beginner sessions I’ve followed so far are easily explained. The great thing about Gymproluxe is that you can do the exercises whenever and wherever you want!

Skeptic turned believer. A genuine game changer for post surgery back pain and body confidence
I’ll admit, I was incredibly skeptical when I first saw the advertisements for the Gymproluxe. However, having had surgery for a herniated disc in my lower back a few years ago, alongside a medical condition that leaves the left side of my body naturally weaker, I needed an alternative. Gym workouts were only aggravating my pain and I started to feel awkward inside the gym. Waking up stiff and aching, I constantly worried that one accidental overstretch would cause my disc to slip again.
After some research, I realised the root of the problem was a lack of core and upper body strength. Decades ago, I remember my dad using an old-school Bullworker. The Gymproluxe seemed like the natural, modern-day evolution of that concept. My wife gifted me the All-in-One Portable Gymproluxe set for Christmas, and it has been nothing short of life-changing.
Five months in, my morning back pain and dull aches are completely gone and strength and muscle mass in my left side is something that I am over the moon with that has brought me lots of body confidence. It took time to build up the necessary core and lower back strength, but by late February I started seeing massive success. I’ve completely swapped the commercial gym for daily Gymproluxe sessions.
Stretching before your workout is absolutely vital to warm up muscles and release tight joints, otherwise you risk aggravating old injuries. But dedicating 30 to 60 minutes a day to stretching and utilizing the various Gymproluxe workout combinations has been a total game changer. My posture has drastically improved and I'm standing much taller too.
My wife has even commented on the noticeable muscle definition!
I did have one band snap mid-workout, but customer service was fantastic and stuck to their side of the product guarantee. After a quick message and filling out a brief proof-of-purchase form (definitely keep your digital receipts), a replacement was delivered in the post within days after paying a small P&P fee.
To this day I am using the Gymproluxe daily and seeing my muscle mass grow steadily with core strength increasing too.
It is rare for me to follow up with a review months after buying something, but I 100% recommend this portable gym and its bundle accessories and want to give this company the recognition it deserves.
You just have to hold up your end of the bargain….
Stay dedicated, work out consistently and give it a chance. It is a brilliant modern replacement for the Bullworker and so much more on top.

Couldn’t be happier. I’m now 61 and the thought of going to a gym again didn’t really appeal. The gymproluxe is ideal for me to use when I feel ready and allows me to adjust the resistance really quickly depending if I want to go for stamina or muscle build.
