Great company shame about DX Couriers

I ordered products from this company and they were dispatched quickly and efficiently. When we got the products they were exactly as described.

Unfortunately, GymRoom use DX Couriers who failed to deliver even though there was someone home. DX work on times and need to deliver packages. If they get behind they just leave a card without even trying to ring the doorbell.

Due to my experience with DX, I will not be using GymRoom again unless they can get my goods to me via a different delivery method.

I have given 3 stars due to the delivery issue. Had the couriers delivered it would have definitely been a 5 star review

Outstanding Service!

I ordered my Sole treadmill online, it stated delivery would be within 2 weeks and I would be contacted directly by the manufacturer.

I was contacted by the manufacturer within days and we arranged a delivery date and time. The product arrived as stated and since I paid the extra for installation the item was installed professionally.

The product was excellent and I have been using at least 3 times a week!

I couldn't fault the product or the service offered by GymRoom!

Well done!

disappointing

Training bike purchased over i month ago reported the resistance not working , still waiting for a response, would now prefer they took it back from me and reimburse the money.

Poor - item not in stock but only informed when I called to check status of the order. This happened twice as a split order was sent.

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for order to arrive. Poor stock control and poor communication with the customer.

Sub standard service

It was the first time I had ordered from this company, and fortunately it was not a substantial order. It took over a month to deliver a small, lightweight item. And this was after calling twice to chase up. I would like to think this was a one off incident. But both times I called, there was no apology, and the conversation was abrupt. Such haste to get me off the phone suggests to me that this type call was not uncommon. Not sure I will be dealing with this company again.

I was very happy with the service I received.

The site was simple and easy to use. It didn't take me a second to find what I was looking for. I ordered exercise bands which I have used before. However on receipt of them there was no explanation as to how to use them., while I knew what to do, it might be an idea to nclude exercises instructions to follow for those that weren't sure. Otherwise excellent
