Website is easy to navigate

Website is easy to navigate, and images & descriptions excellent 👌 I’m new to Gymshark this the second time of ordering , my only issue is having to either return and re-order or order two sizes because of having to gauge sizing against say another brand. However the returns policy is super easy and the refunds extremely quick, just one issue last time with a slow return refund which concerned me, but having spoken to your help line issue resolved within 24 hrs. So overall an excellent experience from start to finish. All items are top quality and are as described, just getting the right size “ Thank You”

Gym shark has horrible customer service…

Gym shark has horrible customer service and their return policy is the worst. I ordered a couple of things from them and the T shirts were okay and the accesories are cute but their leggings are see through and its very cheap material. You cant even write a review on their app. I dont think I will order anything from them moving foward. Fabletics has way better quality!!!

customer service not great

Although items are of good quality, when issues arise, their customer service is hard to reach as they do not have phone lines just online chat and emails and so there is a delay in getting them to help you

Bad delivery service

Bad delivery service - delivery being delayed. Lack of assistance from the customer service team... they were replying but they were always pushing me to contact the courier. The courier is running on a "zero transparency policy". It is impossible to contact the courier. I will probably not order anything again, just because of the headache that they have offered me on the last order.

Best Gym Clothing Available

Second time shopping with Gymshark and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the goods is excellent. The fit is always really good and if my previous purchase is anything to go by, the durability of their gym clothing is fantastic. It always consistently performs well in the gym in terms of keeping me cool and it holds up really well, wash after wash.

They’ve gone downhill and fast! Run whilst you can!

They’ve gone downhill and fast! The quality of the clothing is genuinely horrible; both fitting and material-feeling. I have an old Gymshark T shirt (arrival) which I really loved (kicking myself I didn’t buy loads at the time.

I re-ordered recently and it’s just horrible. It’s disgustingly fitted. Whoever was in-charge, needs dismissing. They’ve don’t have sight of what customers need; it feels like it was designed by a narcissistic freak who just wanted to cement their role in a company by trying to be “innovative” e.g. adding shit for an accolade at an appraisal. The delivery service has also changed, I returned the items but still haven’t received a refund despite 2 weeks of it arriving at a hub?

Overall, a series of poor experiences. Shame on Gymshark management. I will not be returning as a customer unless I’m guaranteed of its quality again.

Their competitions are producing some great stuff at a fraction of the price too - not sure I’ll ever return actually!

Check your bank statement!

My return was processed in early May, but due to a system error my £178 refund wasn't actually issued until I contacted customer support almost two months later. The refund was resolved promptly once I raised it, but the issue only came to light because I checked my statements myself. Customer service apologised but declined any meaningful goodwill gesture.
